Best of the Best! We have had several realtors over the years and Julie has been the best of the best! She is very professional and thorough initially with getting comps and listing your home. Once listed, she really shines with her enthusiasm and her hard work in getting your home sold. Her dedication is evident in her availability, even in our case of checking in daily while on vacation. Julie truly cares and always has a great attitude. We will absolutely call Julie again if we need her service.

Julie is THE BEST!!! Julie is top notch when it comes to realtors!! I actually had called the number on a sign to inquire about the price of a house, and instead of just answering my question, she dug deeper and by the end of our conversation we had scheduled a meeting to put my house up for sale. Beforehand, my house was for sale for six months with at least 20 showings… with no offers and no feedback from previous realtor. Julie always has her ducks in a row and was able to quickly and professionally answer any questions I had. I received feedback on every single showing and she communicated any bumps in the road immediately so their were no surprises. I highly recommend choosing Julie as your realtor if you are buying or selling!!

Beyond grateful for Julie and her team!! Julie is the ultimate professional who knows her business especially in East Texas. She came prepared with market reports, comps, and her knowledge of the area. She was honest about my home, but not brutal. She guided me through every step of the process and made it as easy as possible for me. Her communication throughout the process was top notch. She was always available to answer questions and address concerns, even on a Friday night. Julies ability to manage the buyers and their agent was flawless. This was the smoothest and easiest home Ive ever sold. She knows her business and she does it with such ease and grace. Her upbeat, positive attitude is refreshing.We sold in less than 21 days, with full asking price. There were a few fixes I had to do from the inspection.
