Stevie Sheffield is amazing. I was only going to be in town for a few hours. I called her on the way in town and asked about several properties I had seen on the internet. It was a holiday, but in less than an hour, she had lined up all 8 properties I wanted to see. She new history of each property, taxes, possible exemptions, school districts, and advised reasonable offers. She is someone I totally recommend. I will look her up when I want to sell in Austin, or Decatur, or Waco or Wood Way. She is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever had the privilege to work with.
