    Steven Kinne is the best realtor I have ever worked with and went above and beyond to get my house sold My first realtor had my house on the market for 6 months with only 4 showings and no offers. Then she found renters that wanted to buy so I agreed to rent for a year. I had excellent communication with my renters and told them I would either pay for new carpet paint or reduce the purchase price so they could install new carpet and paint, give a discount for the 12 year old roof, etc. They were pre-approved, not easy in this day and age, and after a year they made an offer, which was low of course, and rather than discussing it with me, my realtor just turned it down, lied to me and told me they decided to buy elsewhere. Then my house sat empty for another 5 months with only 3 showings until I talked to my former tenants as well as their realtor and found out what really happened. I fired my realtor and hired Steven Kinne based on a recommendation from a good friend. He had multiple showing in just 3 weeks and my house sold in approximately 25 days for a good price given the market. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to my texts emails and honestly fun to work with. From here on out I will be using Steven Kinne for any Houston real estate deals and will be recommending him to all my friends and family in the Houston area. Steven Kinne is The Guy in H-Town

    Steve helped me purchase my first house back in 2020, but he was instrumental in prepping me for house buying back in 2018-19 when we first met. Back then I wasnt super ready to buy but he was so instrumental in helping me figure out what I wanted in a house and just schooling me in general house buying knowledge. When I was actually ready to buy, Steve was there immediately and helped me get the perfect house. It was a spur of the moment when I fell in love with a random house that had just listed but Steve made me feel completely confident and comfortable going forward with putting in an offer. His expertise and network made the whole process so incredibly smooth and easy. From all the experiences that Ive heard from other buyers, Steve made my experience the most ideal buying experience and Im forever grateful for that. I still use his contacts for electrical, plumbing and AC. Those guys are fantastic.A couple years later, Steve helped my brother and I successfully purchase land down in Dickinson, Texas. Like before, the process was insanely smooth. As soon as I showed him the property, he was on the phone with the other agent and knew the complete run down/history of the property.     Steve helped us buy a rental property in Houston and helped us rent it out! We’re out of state buyers so we purchased a home that he found off market, and showed us videos of without seeing it. We then trusted him to fix it up and rent it out.Anytime we had issues with renters or wear and tear in the home, Steve goes out of his way and drives an hour and a half plus to make sure things are right.Steve cares about his clients and will go to ANY length to make you happy.     Summary: Steve is a super detail oriented guy who goes above and beyond. The type of guy youd want to get a beer with because he has some great stories and has great character. Ill definitely be using his services again when Im ready to buy again in Houston.Heres my full experience:I was referred to Steve through a lawyer network. I have very little familiarity with Houston. I was purchasing from out-of-town and was looking for a duplex for my move to Houston--hoping to live in one unit and use the other to rent out as an investment. Reached out to Steve, he talked me through everything and answered all my questions. Started a curated list of properties for me.Once I was ready to look at properties in-person, I flew into Houston for a couple days. Steve picked me up at the hotel and we saw around 8 or 9 properties that day. He has a lot of experience in the Houston area, so he had great insight about trends in various areas.He has a hawks eye. Every property we went to, he explained the pros and cons. And what I appreciated the most is that he explained the cons. I can see whats great about a property. I dont need much help with that. What I need help with is seeing all the potential problems. That includes the area in which the property sits, issues with workmanship (especially when it comes to new builds), flooding concerns, etc.I ended up putting in an offer on a new construction. He has a fantastic rapport with other realtors in the area, so we was able to advocate for my offer well. He negotiated well. The offer was accepted. After that, we moved to inspections. There were some small delays in the inspection process due to the builder not being completely finished with everything--but Steve was on top of it. He sent me regular updates--about daily and sometimes multiple times a day. He was on a vacation with his family for a couple days, and--even then--he responded the same day to any questions I had.I wasnt able to make it down for the final walkthrough after the inspection. So, I had Steve walk the property for me to ensure that all the items in the inspection were addressed. He not only made sure that those items were addressed, but he also had the builder address a couple other things that went beyond the inspection. He walked the property multiple times and made sure it was perfect before I closed. Things like the tiniest dings (that even I wouldnt notice), he noticed and asked the builder to fix. This is his hawks eye in action.He oversaw the builder put all the final touches on the property--he was there in the morning, all the way to the night time.Finally, closing time came. He had proven himself, so I was at ease during closing because I trusted him. But he wasnt done after closing. He continued providing excellent service and being extremely helpful.I wasnt going to be moving in until a few weeks after closing. So, I wanted some things done on the house after closing-- blinds, other security items. He arranged for all that, and he got me unbeatable prices for those things. Again, whenever I had work done on the house after closing, he would go to the house and check up on everything.I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Hes a lost breed. Good family man that puts himself behind his work. He cares about what he does and, as such, he goes above and beyond. Hes not just running after a commission. Hes building a business, and he knows how much reputation matters. And he makes sure to earn his reputation for excellent service and protects it.

    Arely has been nothing but amazing! My roommate and I went to go see a property she was showing and while we were there, another realtor showed up and said the place had been leased.Arely decided right there and then that she would help us find a place.She worked to put together a list of places - we actually had 2 more places leased out right from under us! Arely did not give up though, we kept looking and we were able to finally find a place.She helped facilitate all of the paperwork and communication with the broker, and has been an advocate for us even after we signed the lease.
