Steve and his team helped us with a very unique and complicated HOA property sale. Through the process we encountered numerous obstacles and economic challenges. Despite that we were able to get an ideal buyer in a less than ideal market condition. Additionally Steve was able to help a local member in our HOA sell their home in record time at an above market price. Very knowledgeable of the local markets and very professional in his demeanor and presentation. Very responsive and timely in delivery of obligations. I would highly recommend this realtor over any others I have worked with in Texas.

Mr. DePriest and his crew are a class act from top to bottom. Always felt like they were on our side every step of the way. Sold our home, purchased another and financed. One stop shop. Made one of the most stressful times of life ( selling, purchasing and moving) as stress free as humanly possible. Always handled issues immediately like a pit bull and Steve was there for us 24/7. Even helped with odds and ends to get the old house sold. We love this man and highly recommend him.

My wife and I were just about to get married, and we had 2 homes to prepare to sell on top of getting ready to get married. As luck has it, while looking at some property, we ran into Steve. It turns out to be the best thing to happen to my wife and I, as we didnt know at the time how to go about selling 2 homes and trying to find a new home.Steve and Samantha sat us down and walked us through the whole process. They helped us prepare our current homes before we put them on the market. If we needed to have work done, he knew the right people to help get the job done. Steve and Samanth work so very hard to help us through this process and the hard work paid off. Each of our homes sold in two days. I couldnt believe how smooth they made the process seem.The fun part was just about to start. It was time for my wife and I to find our next forever home, and in todays market, that was a challenge. Steve and Samantha worked day and night trying to help us located the home we were looking for.
