Just bought my first house with the help of Seasyn Ruvalcaba and cant express how happy I was with her. She was great with scheduling tours, going over the properties, and negotiating with the seller. I also believe she went above and beyond with finding/providing information, helping contact people, and helping me out on a very stressful closing day. Would definitely want to do business in the future should I need it.

Once upon a time I was going through a tough time finding a house 2 years ago in the area and homes kept dissapearing with over the price offers and we became very discouraged...We thought it was because of the agent and then because of our loan.. and then other issues outside of the realtor and financing..Turns out justin led his church revival group in an beautiful angelic white painted choir bus over to our home where 50 gospel singers held hands and sang around our last and final printed and freshly signed offer Justins group suggested..We got accepted and moved with the people justin suggested.. no incidents. After a rough market and deals lost, we finally have the perfect home..The wife thinks it was the singers. I think it was justin.. were pregnant now and were thinking of calling her Justine for a girl and justin for a boy..
