We recently decided to list our home we had lived in for 38 years, as we are planning to move to Houston in the near future. We contacted Jeremy Steen at Steen Realty Group. He and his associate, Whitney Pendergrass, came out promptly and visited with us about what we needed to do to get ready to sell and what to expect. They were more than helpful and courteous in answering any questions we had. When we put the house on the market it sold in one day, which was a blessing! In the next month before the closing date, Whitney was always available to share any information and answer any questions that we or the buyers had. I can’t thank Jeremy, Whitney and Steen Realty group enough for their support in making this move and transition go smoothly!
