    Whether you are looking for a Realtor to help you on the buy side or on the sell side - do not short yourself. If you are selling.... it costs 6 percent for the Realtors slice of your pie. This has to be one of the few professions that charges the same percentage, regardless of experience and quality of services offered. There is a HUGE difference between Realtors. Having had a lot of experience with real estate transactions is EVERYTHING!!! If it is going to cost you 6 percent - why not get the very best Realtor you can, the one with the most experience possible, so you can be guided through the transaction with peace of mind? I searched to find the Realtor that I thought was the very best fit to sell our Ranchette. Some Realtors want to re-stage your home, some will tell you values that are not realistic (just to get you to sign) - there are all sorts of games out there. But, as soon as we met Gary Steele - we knew - this is the real deal. Honest, fair, hard working, always available, knowledgeable, dependable, thorough, sincere - and HE CAN DELIVER! Since selling that first home for us, we have utilized his services for purchase of an investment property, the sale of another investment property... and are currently working on selling another investment property. In our past experience we have found, that some Realtors are good at buying or good at selling - but not necessarily both. Gary has done both for us magnificently. If it sounds like I am gushing.... it is because I am. It is a relief to have found, in Texas, a Realtor that we can consult on any real estate transaction that we decide to get ourselves involved in - and know that he can/will counsel us through whatever the process may entail.     My name is Deanna Dellana. My sister, Denise Tharp, and I were looking for a real estate agent to guide us in the sale of our two ranch properties, 5.51 acres and 363 acres in Wimberley, Texas. Our first experience with Gary Steele was during the sale of the 5.51 acres. We were hoping to find someone who was familiar with the Wimberley area and that had experience in selling ranch/rural properties. After quick and simple sale of 5.51 acres, Gary proved he knew his stuff and that he was a go-getter in real estate.Two years after the sales of the first property, Denise and I were ready to sell our ranch property across the road from the 5.51 acres Gary sold for us. Our 363 acres ranch belonged to our dad that we had owned since 2004.
