Working with Matthew and Sarah was night and day compared to our first realtor experience on our first house. The care and attention to detail they provide is above par and excellent. Matthew was with us every step of the way on our new build and Sarah was very communicative throughout our sale and purchase. These two make a great team and provided two resources to lean on with questions and issues. Even when I wasnt expecting Matthew to be at a meeting he would show up and support us. The reason I went with Matthew and the Lets Grow Realty Group was because of his constant pouring of himself and knowledge into his community and online presence. Stash Realty is amazing. We moved to TX roughly 18 months ago and after a lot of research we met with 6 different local Realtors/Realtor teams. All had many great recommendations. All were very nice and professional but Matt with Stash Realty stood out. His knowledge, his strategy and his personality were exactly what we were looking for. It was a great fit for our family. My husband and I just looked at each other and both knew that this was the realtor we can trust. This wasnt our first home purchase so we knew a lot about the process already but Matt and his team made sure we knew all the ins and outs about purchasing a home in Texas. Our journey to buy a home in Texas took over a year but Matt and his team never lost patience or motivation in the process to help us find out home. Matt was always just a text or call away. If you are in need of an all-star team of professionals to guide you through the process of buying a home, look no further. We worked directly with Matthew and Sarah and received top-notch attention, service and guidance. We had an initial meeting with Matthew explaining the process, inquiring about our wants/needs in a new home, and making sure we knew that if we had any questions he would be readily available. He took us to see homes as soon as we were ready, and it was helpful to have someone experienced to help us think of things to look for while we walked through potential homes. Once we found our home, we entrusted him to write our offer in our best interest and it paid off. The seller accepted our offer! But of course, there are still a lot of steps until the home is actually yours! Inspections, repair requests, loan stuff, appraisal, walk thru, closing, etc! That part of the process took about a month for us, and Matthew and Sarah kept us on track with frequent timeline updates, letting us know when we had action items, and following up on things before we could even ask. We felt Matthew and Sarah were really organized and one step ahead on any questions that arose. My realtor was Matthew Soto.I had reached out to him due to all the great reviews I saw on Google, his team is great as well.I reached out to him letting him know I was in no hurry to find a house, but I wanted to set myself up for success if I found a home I loved and for the price range I was looking at.I had little money for closing cost so he would have to negotiate with seller for that portion.He couldve very easily told me to concentrate on saving more money for closing costs and be done with me but thats not what he did. Not once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time, nor did he push me into a home he didnt feel like I was in love with. We looked at a handful of houses, he would point out what future issues would be with some (ex: mature trees too close to the home could cause damages to the plumbing due to the roots, crack that were just cosmetic issues not a big deal, gutters were missing, etc)I was looking at houses all over TX, from Wylie area to Greenville, to Paris and even Abeline. He didnt tell me to stay in an area where it would benefit him, no, not at all. He was happy to refer to someone else if I had really wanted to move out that far. Luckly, I stayed with Matthew.We found a house within 3 months, it was the first house I wanted to put an offer on, and it was accepted, he was able to get the Seller to pay a whole years worth of home warranty for me, 4K towards my closing costs and Seller paid for the survey cost as well.Ive worked with multiple different realtors in the past (9yrs) and not once was I able to buy a house.Thanks to Matthew I was able to buy my home and finally put roots down.I would most definitely recommend working with him and his Team.He truly cares about helping you get what you want and dont worry about asking for too much.If it can be done, Matthew will make it happen.
