I purchased a beautiful older but newly remodeled home in Killeen Texas. Dominic Turner was my realtor and he was very helpful in my home buying experience. Dominic worked well with the seller and the sellers agent to get the home approved for FHA Financing. Soon after moving in I experienced some unexpected plumbing issues from the unexpected freeze in February but the seller was very understanding and made things right. I am very happy in my new home I love the neighborhood and my neighbors are also very friendly. I think I found my forever home ♥️

I have always been wanting to get into real estate investing but was so apprehensive about how to do it. Methodology on how to get started was the major problem. I reached out to Landon Smith last year. He jumped on a Zoom meeting with me and by the time the conference call was over I felt like I had playbook in my hands. He explained how to purchase the home, how to fund it, and how to make it a profitable venture. Since then, my girlfriend and I have purchased one home (which we ended up moving into) and are listing our other property that we are flipping this week. This is the start of something great!
