We cannot say enough amazing things about the Starsky Owen Team!After months of looking and Starsky showing my picky husband and I over 20 homes, we officially decided that building would be the right option for us. Starsky helped show us builders and their floor plans in the areas we were interested in. We then found one that would be perfect for our first home and Starsky helped us navigate the contract and incentives that were available.In addition to that, with Monica’s keen design eye, she was able to join me in our design meeting and let me know what colors may clash and other important details I had not thought of.But wait, there’s more! Both Starsky and Clint would send us weekly updates about our home that was being built and if the builders missed something on the plan they would do all the communication for us. Such a blessing. We really wanted to close before the New Year and Starsky and team stayed on top of the builders during the holiday season and we were able to close mid December.We are so appreciative of everything they have done and when it comes time to buy our next home, there is no other option. We are going with the Starsky Owen Team!!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire Starsky Owen Realty Team! Highly recommend!When we first reached out, we weren’t sure whether we wanted to sell or renovate and rent our home, so we leaned on the team and their experience to help us make the decision that was best for our unique situation. Ultimately, we decided to sell, and the team made each step of the process super easy. Since we moved out of state prior to listing, they thoughtfully front-loaded communications surrounding processes and expectations and handled coordination of all third party services needed for listing preparations, which allowed us to focus on our move without any extra stress or worry. After we approved the listing draft, we were kept informed of listing traffic, open house turn outs, and inquiries from potential buyers in weekly update videos from Starsky. Once we were under contract, the video updates shifted focus to upcoming contract deadlines and milestones on both our side and the buyer’s side which was much appreciated and provided us peace of mind. Starsky was also happy to jump on a call whenever we had questions or needed assistance navigating our options. All in all, Starsky and team were able to get our home prepped, listed, and sold in under two months, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.Thank you, Starsky Owen Realty Team! The entire staff at Starsky owen Realty is 100% committed to providing the most client-oriented level of service I’ve ever experienced. I bought my house in 2018 and they are still providing support to me and my current tenant. No one else does that.

Starsky and Monica did an outstanding job finding our family the perfect home in Round Rock. They were easily accessible by email, text or phone and responded to any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. They showed us homes during times which were most convenient for our schedule. They provided us with excellent advice to make our offer stand out and be accepted among multiple offers. After our offer was accepted, Starsky then tenaciously negotiated with the seller to give us money back at closing to make the necessary repairs for problems discovered during the homeinspection. Monica, Starsky, and their awesome team helped us sell our home in Austin recently and we had an amazing experience with them! Monica was very knowledgeable helping us prepare minor repairs and upgrades to help boost value without breaking the bank and she staged our house with modern style and flair! Starsky is very knowledgeable in the Austin market, works hard researching the local area to find the best marketing strategies, and is dedicated to informing clients and helping them weigh their options when making decisions. He gave us a lot of data and his recommendations, but ultimately tried to empower us to make own our choices. All of that is well and good, but they also got results as we had 9 offers in one weekend and accepted an offer $10k over asking price and closed in 30 days!

It wasnt their job or responsibility to interface with any of our contractors, but they did it anyways to help. Their help there alone saved at least three weeks of time to get it on the market. And when youre holding a property, time is money.
