My mother is a primarily Spanish speaking home owner. She recently relocated to San Antonio and we were looking for a Realtor that was fluent in Spanish in the area. We recieved a couple of names and after speaking with them we went with Mr. Matthew Padilla due to his enthusiasm of his occupation and his willingness to go the extra mile. As my mother was residing out of town he committed to ensure the yard was taken care of/cut. After we signed a contract to have him represent my mother, he went out of his way to assist her ( she is in the 65 and over club) in spreading mulch and finishing up getting the house ready. Although we are familiar with the house selling process, he always made himself available and always understood when we were unavailable or a little delayed in getting back and always kept in mind our preferred method of communication. He provided counsel when we requested it and walked my mother step by step even with a difficult to please inspector the buyer hired. Lastly, on the day of closing when my mother planned to grab the last boxes of her things from the attic, she had a death in the family. Mr Padilla stepped up and volunteered to grab them for her and even transported them to hew new residence in San Antonio as he had planned a trip there that weekend. We truly could not imagine another realtor who could do a better job. So very grateful for all of his assistance. Would 100% recommend.

We had the best experience with purchasing our home from Starr Realty & Ranch!Nikki was our realtor, and we met Starr when we were in the office to sign our contract. As a whole team, their staff is friendly and their office is very welcoming.Nikki did a wonderful job as our realtor, and even represented both the seller and the purchaser jointly! Starr was an amazing agent to work with! She went above and beyond during the home buying process to get us to the finish line. We ended up with a terrible lender that made the closing process quite the journey. Starr stuck with us the entire way and frankly we couldnt have done it without her.
