Working with Penny was great! We had a small land only lot to sell in the area, and even though it wasn’t a big deal from a sales price and commission perspective, she still worked it well and got us a solid offer! When I see an agent who is dedicated to working a smaller deal well, I know they won’t disappoint on the big ones either! I would highly recommend you use Penny as your sellers agent!

Dealing with Jana Dillard was easy. I was promptly informed on any relevant issues and wasnt pressured to sell at less than a fair price. Appointments were kept and responses to questions or technical issues was acted on quickly. The only thing preventing a higher rating of 5 Stars from me is this being my first time doing business with this group.

Jana Dillard is an excellent real estate agent who works very hard to know her clients needs and wishes. We have been looking for that perfect lake lot on Lake Palestine for several years. Jana Dillard has helped us find the right waterfront home more than once even though the deal fell through for various reasons. Yet she stayed with us and kept looking for us even though we were 2.5 hours away. I would and have referred others to seek Jana Dillards help in finding that just right home on the lake or anywhere in the Tyler area. What a professional!
