IF 10 STARS WERE POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THEM 11. Let me start by saying that they truly are counselors, not pushy in anyway and direct and to the point (which I would guess comes from 40 years in the industry). This was my first time purchasing a home and the guidance that she was able to give to me probably kept me from defaulting on my first mortgage. Jan discovered that the FT. BEND MUD DISTRICT 19 is charging 5-6 times the rates of other surrounding MUDS. The average bill in the neighborhood for water and sewage was 250$ in the summer that climbs to 350$. The sales people acted as if they were unaware that the MUD was so high and definitely never mentioned it to us. This would have completely demolished our monthly budget and been such a nightmare.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU JAN AND STAN IS ALL I CAN SAY. Anyways we signed a contract yesterday on a home being built in the new Sunset Crossing neighborhood and could not be more excited and pleased to have used Jan and Stan, The Spouses Selling Houses.

Stan and Jan Poscovsky are the very BEST realtors I have ever worked with. They are a great tag team and it is a pleasure working with them both! They genuinely cares about their clients! Stan and Jan are the first realtors Ive ever met to actually put their clients needs FIRST! Most realtors try to give their clients what they want, however, they also are looking out for whats best for them personally. I remember looking at a home with Jan and really wishing it had more closet space. Jan took note of that. I didnt realize it until she had taken me to look at another home that I had loved. She started pointing out the things that were wrong with the home; things I hadnt even noticed! Then she said, And you really want more closet space dont you? She was right, however, I loved everything else - so I thought! Jan didnt want me to settle. The home I ended up with was the very BEST out of the few I looked at! First, I couldnt believe that we had found one so quickly. Second, I couldnt believe it was better than the one I had thought I loved. Third, it had AMPLE closet space!!!!! More than I had ever imagined! It was the most perfect home for me! I was so very happy that I did NOT settle! Furthermore, the application process was a piece of cake! Jans attention to detail was very impressive! She was completely thorough and offered her assistance beyond the transaction process!I referred Stan and Jan to my sister and my sister was blown away with Jans kindness, professionalism, how well she listened and her thoughtfulness! My sister found a home quickly as well! I believe she looked at only 2 or 3 homes!After working in the real estate industry for 7 years in the state of California, I have plenty of experience working with real estate agents. There is no other realtor I would feel comfortable referring other than Stan and Jan Poscovsky. They are committed, honest, have very high ethics and they have an authentic need to represent their clients to the very best of their ability.I am so excited about soon becoming an empty-nester and the Spouses Selling Houses will be the first person I call to assist me with my downsize and relocation!
