Stacey Loren is hands down an amazing Realtor! I was moving from New Orleans to Dallas and was recommended to Stacey by an acquaintance. Stacey listened to all of my home needs and desires and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for. I viewed my home through Stacey’s phone via FaceTime and ultimately bought my home on the second virtual FaceTime showing. That should tell you how much I trust Stacey Loren with making my first Big Girl Purchase! She was not only knowledgeable of the area but knew what I was truly looking for and wrote a strong, competitive offer to win over a hard seller! Following the acceptance of my offer, Stacey guided me through the next steps including mortgage/insurance and all the other fine details necessary before closing on my home. My move to Dallas went from stressful to absolutely smooth knowing Stacey was overseeing all the additional home edits prior to move, such as keeping the painter on schedule. I cannot thank Stacey enough for all the help in finding my home as she went above and beyond ensuring everything was perfectly done. I wish I could give 10 stars, Stacey Laren is the best person to ever come into my life at the right time. Not only did she make listings my condo a pleasurable experience she helped in every way. Stacey not only helped in getting the condo ready she actually sold it before the buyer ever stepped foot into it in my eyes. Her marketing was so spot on I thought the video was something out the show Million Dollar Listings. Stacey Loren sold my place when I was working out of town, I can’t express how impressed I am, and I find fault in most things. Stacey Loren assisted our family in a move from Virginia to Dallas, having never before visited Dallas and during a pandemic. She was skillful in identifying short term problems with properties as well as red flags for longer term issues. When we identified the house we wanted, Stacey executed our wishes masterfully and landed it even in this extremely competitive market. We finally saw the house we purchased several weeks later and are thrilled with it. Not only is Stacey highly competent in her profession, she is also a pleasure to work with. She is one of the rare birds able to walk the line between respectfully professional and feeling like your new best friend. She did everything even beyond our imagination to make us feel welcome and comfortable in our new state and our new home. We sing her praises to anyone who will listen. She’s amazing!
