    Stacey and her team assisted us last fall when it came time to sell my mother-in-laws home of 30 years. Mom had moved to an independent living facility and needed to sell the hope to help pay for her remaining years there. The home had previously had great care with some recent updating, but it was showing signs of its age. Tracey Byrd was the listing agent and she did an excellent job getting the home ready to be seen by potential customers. Putting the home on the market just before Thanksgiving, we had multiple offers over asking price and was under contract within four days.
