If you are looking for a great realtor, Stacey is definitely the one! I loved everything about her service. She kept me updated on my sale and answered all my questions. Quite extraordinary!I was tasked with finding a broker to sell my mom’s house who passed away a year and a half ago. I and my siblings finally cleared out the house which was a 44 year old home with normal wear and tear showing a little need of help. On Friday, I met Stacey, through a relative, she came over with comps of the area and we agreed to list with her company.This is where the normalcy ends.On Monday, I got a text from Stacey that she needed in the house to move in some staging furniture and do some light painting and caulking. Tuesday she said her carpet people would be cleaning the carpets and she would schedule a photographer for Wednesday. Thursday she was power washing the driveway and front of the house and putting mulch in flower beds. On Saturday, the house was ready and perfectly staged for the open house Stacey organized. Need I say anything more we got a full price offer that same day thanks to Stacey. Things were happening so quickly I forgot to mention she had her roofer come by and replace a couple of roof vents and jacks and a few shingles. Plus, Stacey had someone to repair the dishwasher without asking. You will not find a realtor that will work as hard as Stacey does period.

Stacey Dawn Realty, she wrapped my pipes for preparing for the upcoming freeze and also sends me reminder on what to prepare for throughout the year, offering her assistance. My wife and I recently decided to sell our home after outgrowing our first home after nearly 14 years. We initially decided to accept a cash offer from one of those companies that advertises on TV and online but needed help locating and purchasing another home. Stacey had helped us get into our first home nearly 14 years ago and based on her experience, she was the best place to start to get into a new home. We made the drive from Spring to her office in Magnolia to meet with her. She got us pre-approved for a new home loan on the spot then asked us if we would be interested in letting her sell our home instead. At first, I told her no because our current house needed some work and our dogs made it difficult to show the house to potential buyers. Of course, Stacey had already done her homework and let us know what houses were selling for in our neighborhood and also said that they were selling in an average of only three days. She said she would help us get the place ready, schedule just one day for showings, and would likely be able to sell the house in three days. We were very skeptical but Stacey absolutely meant what she said, so we couldnt say no. The next day, she was at our house all day making repairs with us and getting the place fixed up. These were not just simple repairs, but were things like installing back splash and hanging drywall!! She also called in one of her contractor resources to assist. The day after that, she was showing us new houses and that same day (two days after our visit), someone had already expressed interest in putting a contract on our house before we even showed it! That weekend, the interested party came out to look at the house and put a contract on it. A few days later, we found another house we were interested in and Stacey scheduled a showing the next day. Once we found our new home, Stacey put her resources to work and right off the bat and got us hooked up with the lenders and insurance companies. We had forgotten how anxious the whole process could be but Stacey had immediate answers for everything and if she wasnt concerned with something, we knew we didnt have to be concerned, either. Everything she said would happen, happened. She was always just a call or text message away whenever we needed her for anything. Before we knew it, closing day arrived and Stacey was right there with us when we closed on the sale of our old house and later that day when we closed on the new home. I cant say enough how awesome and professional Stacey was through this entire process. Stacey is an absolute rock star of a realtor and even though I have friends and family that are realtors, I will only use and recommend Stacy for anyone that needs to buy or sell a home. Stacey made our dream home a reality and we are forever grateful for all the hard work she put in. She goes above and beyond, has more experience than many realtors around, and she knows her stuff!!
