I’ve been working with Adam since 2022 and he is the best! He takes the time to listen to my likes and dislikes (even when they are super random). He is very informative, attentive, and friendly. I have always felt supported throughout the process. For my first apartment, Adam was able to locate different options and helped me find my perfect apartment. When my lease was coming up for renewal, I was looking for a change and Adam made it a breeze. I highly recommend working with Adam to find your new place!!

Meghann was so helpful and made sure we were okay and stress free the entire time. As someone looking for my first apartment with my partner, I was so nervous and unprepared, and had soooooo many questions. Meghann was kind, helpful, and genuine every step of the way. She took all the stress off our shoulders and answered everything we needed to ask (even the stuff we probably should’ve known at our age). She took our complicated situation that we thought would never work, and made it work effortlessly! I will recommend Meghann with flying colors all the way for the rest of my days. So if you think your moving situation is impossible, call Meghann and you’ll have new hope within 10 mins of speaking to her. And if you’re worried about not getting all the honest, nasty, good, bad, TMI facts, Meghann will stay honest with you start to finish and make sure you’re getting the best deal possible! I was on TikTok trying to find ways on how to relocate being a single parent. I ran across Olaf page. Olaf is a rental locator. Once I got connected with him, he made me feel comfortable like I had known him outside of social media. If you ever need a rental locator this young is heaven sent. I’m grateful for him. I believe God to send blessings his way. Being a rental locator, is not a easy job people may look at it. Time and value makes a difference in someone life. Olaf you rock man!! I really had a great experience with Spirit. Bryan was very helpful with sending me a list of properties that worked with my past issue. The list included several apartments to choose from and I was able to visit the properties I decided to view. I was able to get into a decent community and upgrade to an Alist community without having to pay an extra deposit or fees. I really appreciate knowing the properties that worked with 2nd chance instead of loosing money on rental applications all over town. I would definitely recommend their services and used them twice so far
