Aubrey was really a pleasure to work with. I have bought homes with several agents over the years, and Aubrey was by far the most responsive and reliable in terms of getting back to me quickly on any questions or concerns that I had, and she provided the highest level of service that I have experienced. Whenever we wanted to see a home, she scheduled us very quickly and provided lots of helpful information when we looked at a home. We ended up negotiating on 4 different homes over a period of several months, and Aubrey worked hard each time to try to get the deal to go through. She was very diligent in contacting and following up with the selling agent. She was very helpful in giving advice during the negotiations. We missed getting the deal by just a little bit a couple times because we got outbid, but Aubrey was very patient and just seemed genuinely interested in helping us get the property and price that we wanted. Whenever we had questions about the property or about the survey or title company questions, Aubrey was happy to do the legwork to check on things for us in a timely manner. She reminded us about deadlines and provided helpful referrals for contractors, roofers, plumbers, etc. She came to our closing. She provided a level of service that I have not seen with previous agents that I have worked with. Moreover, she is a warm, friendly, pleasant person to interact with. She certainly earned my highest recommendation. -
