Our home buying experience was one of the most impactful things of my life, and Sara McCaffrey made all the difference. Though we werent familiar with the process, Sara made sure we understood the whole thing and taught us a lot while we were working with her. She patiently and enthusiastically explained everything we needed to know, when we needed to know it.I couldnt believe her timeliness when responding to our questions and calls. She was always there when we needed her.Her negotiation with the seller was amazing, through two times under contract we finally got our dream house at a price we were comfortable with and terms that we liked.From telling her that we were interested in viewing a property to closing and after, Sara was exceptional. Every step of the way, I couldnt imagine a more pleasant experience than we had.I NEVER rate every point excellent on surveys of service, but Sara deserves it.100% satisfaction with the whole experience, Id recommend her a million times to anyone. She has found her calling, you could not ask for a better realtor than Sara.

It was not an easy task that she took on considering we had so so many special requirements and needs. Sara never backed down and was always in our corner helping us to get exactly what we needed and wanted. She fully understood what our needs and wants were and made sure that our builder fully understood this as well.
