I purchased several homes over the years and Lauren is the best agent I’ve ever experienced. She is very responsive, knows the market extremely well, and was not afraid the offer her opinion when we asked. She was able to negotiate a great deal on a home we love! Because we’re new to the area she also connected us to businesses in the community, even after our sale closed. Secondly, for sending us to S TX Land and Homes realtor, Beverly! She knows South Texas! She never once faltered on a property we asked to see, rain or shine (we definitely viewed during both and were as drenched in rain as sun, sometimes in the same day! ) near and far (we for sure went the distance and then some)! She searched for us and with us! Beverly is very personable, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area, her profession and those she recommends! When we found the home that we felt was to be ours, Beverly set right to it! She continued her constant communication and dedicated her time to us and with our loan officer! The trip we were all setting out on, was completely new territory for all! No one could have foreseen the uncontrollable circumstance we were headed straight for! We drove straight into closing without an issue! Right at the end of closing, we curved right into a dead stop, as our future home went right into foreclosure! Time was of the essence in this situation and she went above and beyond communicating with the listing agent. A day or 2 later we were under contract with our dream home. She made the process so easy and seamless. Even during closing she provided the essential paperwork to get power and things like that. Any question I had she was happy to answer or help me find the answer. Even after the sale when we had questions regarding things the previous owner would know she happily reached out and got us answers. My husband and I were in the market to buy a home and had a few we wanted to look at. I contacted a realtor in town (more than once) and never heard back from them. I was then referred to Korrina Russell by a friend. Even though she was out of town with family when I contacted her, she took the time to have a conversation with me and scheduled a viewing for the day she got back into town! She made the home buying process so easy and was there with advice any time we had a question for her (and there were a lot of questions). She worked so hard for us and we ended up with a dream home!
