From the beginning I knew that working with John was going to be one of the best decisions we would make in trying to find a home. John made the entire experience of house-hunting enjoyable. He was professional, honest, direct, and most of all reliable. There was nothing I couldnt ask of him that he wouldnt try to accommodate for me. When I was forced with a tough decision, he gave me his honest feedback and walked me step-by-step to a logical answer. There were no after hours for John and his team, if I needed them, they replied. I want people who are on the fence about working with Sophia Polk Realty to read this and if nothing else, take away this, there are thousands of realtors in Texas, but none of them would do more to help you find your dream home than John Polk and his amazing team. It is without a doubt in my mind, I would be honored to work with John Polk again.

We loved working with John and are now in our dream home! My husband and I sent John over 150 houses and we walked through at least 75. When John was out of town, Sophia jumped in for him to show us some houses for that weekend! Would definitely recommend Sophia Polk Realty!

Hands down, I would make the same choice to use Sophia Polk Realty over and over again! We worked with John and Sophia directly and they were absolutely there for us when we needed them the most! Coming from 1700 miles away, never having had set foot in Texas before - and during a pandemic!? I am telling you, they were the one thing we felt secure about here in Texas! Having a family of 6 to find a home to lease that was a fit to our desires and standards wasnt easy. Ive never had a doubt in my mind about their suggestions, process, or ability. No side-eyes to my husband, we were frank and open with them at all times, and the trust was reciprocated. John went above and beyond in simply every way you could image, time, hours, frequent contact, working through holidays, recommendations beyond with food, stores, towns, schools, always mannerable, well dressed and genuine. I value the time they spent with us and would recommend them time and time again. Not only would I recommend them to my nearest and dearest, but once we have settled in to our new town and are ready to seal the deal and purchase a home, I wouldnt look in any other direction and certainly suggest that you dont either ;)
