Sonia and Anthony are a great team! Both are exceptionally professional and responsive. Anthony is very well versed in all of the detail necessary for a smooth transaction. Any questions or concerns we had, he was able to answer in detail. Sonia is the best at searching out the perfect house for the buyer and she has a great eye for design. We especially liked that Sonia and Anthony were able to provide referrals for all of the additional services we would need. We are new homeowners in Texas and they made navigation of starting necessary utilities etc. easy for us. We also like that they stay involved after the transaction to make certain the clients continue to have a great experience!

Sonia was exemplary in every way and I could not be more satisfied. Sonia has excellent interpersonal and communication skills which greatly aided in the sales process. Sonia was personable, professional and responsive. Her experience and competency allowed for a very timely sale of a rental real estate property in Austin. Sonia used all her experience and the tools available to her to get this market the sale of this duplex at fair market value. The property received 4 offers within 2 weeks on the market, and as I was a motivated seller I accepted one of those offers. As such, the property had a sales contract within 30 days of contracting with Sonia as a sales agent. Additionally, Sonia interacted favorably and respectfully with the tenants so as to facilitate the sales process. Finally, Sonia handled the out-of-state ownership admirably. My experience was highly satisfactory in every way.Sonia and Anthony are very proactive, exceptionally knowledgeable re: Austin real estate trend, have extensive sales experience and are incredibly attentive, responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough. They were both instrumental in the successful sale of my north Austin duplex in record time.

Sonia and Anthony are the literal best! Worked with them for years to find a home, when costs skyrocketed. They stuck with us through personal issues and eventually got us into a great place that we are renting, sacrificing her time with clients that she would have made incredible money, blocked out time to show us rentals, even though she doesnt normally do rentals. She and Anthony are great people. Would recommend them 1000% percent, and plan to ask for her help when it comes to finding a home again after our lease.

I worked with Anthony to find a rental and he was awesome! He called to find out exactly what I wanted in a rental and set up a search for me. Once we found some we liked he got them scheduled very quickly and off we went. We viewed quite a lot of houses, even in the rain and a hail storm! He always made sure to include my kids on what they thought of the house as well as what I thought. He made the process very easy for us and was always available to answer any questions I had. We now live in a beautiful home and couldnt be happier! We even met Sonia, his wife and business partner, and she was very nice as well. I highly recommend Anthony for any property search you may need. I would use him again 100% if needed in the future.
