Solid Realty Group is a very professional company and business. I had a great experience while working with the owner, Jessica Johnson during the summer of 2017. During this time, she meticulously helped me find a house to rent, even though she primarily works with clients who are looking to own or sell property. Regardless, she was still able to help me through this process. After about 4-5 weeks of searching with no luck, I became very stressed and discouraged in finding a house before the end of my current lease. However, Jessica was not once doubtful in her ability to find me the perfect house that fit all of my requirements: a yard for two large dogs, location, price, etc. Jessica was honest, responsive, respectful, and compassionate. Her main goal is to see that her clients needs are met and that they aren’t being steamrolled by other property managers. Renting/purchasing new property is a big deal and Jessica treats it as such. She has so much knowledge about the real estate market and she shares all pertinent information with her clients. I have been in the new house for 5 ½ months and the pups and I are so happy! I cant give enough positive accolades for the Solid Realty Group. Ive worked with them on and off for over seven years, and they just keep getting better. I have leaned on Jessica and Cali for years to help me find the right realtor in other states to buy and sell properties. Once they recommend someone, they stay engaged to confirm I get the best service. Recently, Jessica moved heaven and earth to find me the perfect place in the Bandera Hill countryside, and then went the extra hundred miles to overcome numerous obstacles and complexities to get me closed and then to help me get settled. They know the market and are heads and shoulders above the competition when it comes to their professional expertise. Solid Realty Group has just the right name-- SOLID!!! Because that they are. Only word I could add in there is GOLD-- They did a SOLID GOLD job for us selling our home. Being a lender in the real estate world, I had the opportunity to meet Jessica Johnson at real estate lunch with a colleague. From our first meeting she was very professional, yet very personable-- very knowledgeable, yet not intimidating. I knew she was someone I was comfortable sending clients to who needed am agent. When it was coming time to sell our home, a home that we had been in only a year, we needed someone good and someone that would work with us on a listing package. Jessica was the answer and I am so VERY HAPPY we chose her to get the job done.-Solid Realty saved us over $10,500 with the listing package they offered us-Sold our house in less than 90 days having listed it just before Christmas (December- January with the holidays is NOT the easiest time to sell a home and one of the slowest)- Helped us set up the listing when we were out of town traveling- Kept up constant communication via phone calls, texts and emails- Guidance with sales price, time to sell and negotiations was SPOT ONI could not be happier with Jessica Johnson and The Solid Realty Group and I hope our experience will encourage others to use her. Jessica was very easy to work with. She was very patient, as this was my first time selling a home. We had a ton of questions and she answered them a few different times when we were confused, until we understood what she was saying. She was very responsive to text messages and calls. Cali was a huge asset in helping us sell our house, and Solid Realty’s set pricing saved us over 8K. She sold our house in less than 3 months for 3,500 OVER asking. All of her suggestions increased our bottom line so listen to her advice. All in all she saved us a total of over 35k on our purchase and sale combined. There is no others real estate group that works harder for their clients.
