    The experience I had was professional, they know what they are doing. They took care of us as property owners as well as the tenants. They managed our property for over a decade and has never had any issue.     Shawn, Flor, and the rest of the staff here have been amazing! They are very prompt, professional, and kind. I have been renting with them since the middle of 2022 and have nothing but great things to say about this company. As a single mom, I was late on rent once and they were completely understanding. We had one slip up on a maintenance request and Mr. Morris came and corrected it within 24 hours. Every other maintenance request has been handled immediately. I plan to renew my lease with them and will continue to refer my friends and family.Thanks Soldiers of real estate staff!

    Soldiers of Real Estate (SORE) has provided exceptional property management services for me over 15 years. Mr. Darden and his staff are true and trusted professionals that I can count on to get the job done right. Recently, I experienced the companys new and noteworthy Small Talk connection. With Small Talk, property owners can schedule periodic conferences (video or voice) with the companys leadership to be updated on their property(s) including lease contracts, rent rates, property inspections and results, any ongoing issues with recommended solutions, etc. After the Small Talk session, I was emailed the information addressed during the conference. In my opinion, the Small Talk session is a value-add and excellent service that clearly exceeded my expectations of property management. I would definitely recommend Soldiers of Real Estate to others for trusted property management services.

    My husband and I have had nothing but a positive experience so far. The owner Shawn and his employee Bryan have been so pleasant to work with. The house we’re currently renting in had a horrible cat odor in the house and one room and Shawn wanted that addressed prior to moving in and us satisfied with it. It’s the little things that make a 5 star review and they’ve done amazing. We look forward to many more years working together.     So far I really like them. Shawn is amazing and the girl I spoke to today is great too. They are all very transparent. And they ACTUALLY care about military families and have promotes for military families. I love it. Instead of making life harder during this difficult time theyre making it easier I love it.

    I been with Solider of Real Estate for 3 years and I love them . Their staff is always so welcoming, so polite, and always have a smile on their face when you see them in the office . They show you in many ways they care and that they truly care when it comes to issues and resolve them fast . No one perfect but Soldiers of Real Estate is the closest to it ! I have never had any issues and the minor one that I’ve had was resolved or fixed in no time . Our family will not be giving our services to no other rental company as long as we are here !     I have rented from them for almost 3 years now. The first house was foreclosed on by the homeowner and the staff from Soldiers of Real Estate did everything humanly possible to help me in that situation. I found another house through them and I love it. Getting ready to sign another year renewal. I have had nothing but wonderful customer service, helpfulness and positive attitudes. Work order are completed in a timely manner and with great professionalism. I would recommend renting or even purchasing from Soldiers of Real Estate!!!

    Soldiers of Real EstateThis company is not just a Real Estate company. They are a family and they believe in helping. When I first found the company though google I didnt hesitate to call. Mrs. Evelyn answered the phone with a warm welcome. As I was speaking with her she made me feel very warm. Oh by its gets better. When I first walked though the door I was greeted by everyone including the big boss. He really took me by surprise because I said Hey I saw you on Google and the home page. and we had a nice laugh. This company is not just a company. I recommend anyone who is in need of a place, this is the company to work with. They will make sure you are well taken care of. You dont have to constantly call and worry about you application because they call you and are with you every step of the way. I just cant thank them enough for everything theyve done.

    The staff is always friendly. Jay in particular has been a pleasure to work with. I see her just about every month I stop in to pay my rent. Any maintenance requests have been addressed usually within a day. HVAC issues have always resulted in a technician visit the next day. Im glad to have rented our home through Soldiers and recommend them to any prospective tenants.

I am very happy that we were able to do month to month renting after our one year lease was up; previous companies have made us sign another year.     Upon buying my first home, I worked with Shawn. He was very good at explaining to me the entire process and was always available to talk if/when I had a question. The entire time he was constantly on top of the deal making sure I was happy with everything being proposed and that the paperwork was always in line. Working with him made the whole transaction very simple, which can be a rare thing hearing other peoples horror stories. He walked me through every step and he had a lot of knowledge that gave way to great insight. After the house was bought and the keys were in hand, he went above and beyond my expectations by providing a carpet cleaning service at no charge to me. I would gladly recommend and his team to anyone I know that wishes to purchase a house in the future.

    Professional and experienced realtors. Soldiers of Real Estate are the best of the best. Whether your military or not, that will get you the most bang for your buck. My wife and I personally worked with Steve Darden when we purchased our first house and we are still with his company for almost 11 years now. After I PCSd he took over as our property manager for a very small fee and ensured that our house stayed rented out to only quality people protecting the value of my house and preserving the neighborhood it resides in. Nothing but quality from this company. Look no further if your truly tired of searching.

    They are making excellent improvements wirh the office staff. Weve been tenents for almost 3 yrs now and though Mr. Darden is great to work with, he goes above and beyond to make sure youre pleased, he had employees that were not interested on providing a professional service, at all! Now it is very pleasant to call in and you are treated with respect and professionalism. A HUGE step up, and a very important improvement, for Mr. Darden and his business!!

    When I first moved to Killeen in 2012 we rented a townhouse from S.O.R.E. It was very clean and all our transactions and the staff plus Mr. Darden were very nice and professional. Of course we moved out to live on post as our family grew. And now it’s 2018 and we’re back renting from them bc of the business we received from them. They made us feel home. Definitely would recommend S.O.R.E to anyone.
