I’ve worked with a lot of realty companies as a tenant in my life, but never one like CWR. I’ve been pleasantly surprised time and time again by Chris Warren and his staff for their kindness, willingness to help, quick responses, and having worked with my family many times through hardships and other struggles. I cannot recommend them enough, and I feel like Chris and his staff genuinely have my back and care about the well-being of my family — which is super rare. They are good people.

They are amazing! From Chris to all the other employees. I was a renter for almost 7 years with Smart Source Realty and they were always fare and willing to assist expectantly when I was in graduate school and struggling a bit. When I was ready to buy a house Chris was the first one I called. He spent a great deal of time making sure I fully understood everything and I ended up buying by last rental house from him about 4 years ago. Now I am selling a piece of property and would have no one better than Chris and Joey to help me get the best price and to fully understand all the ins and outs. I have always had a great experience with them and will always refer to Chris for any property and real estate needs. They are AWESOME!!!

I have worked with Karl Jennings for several years managing several properties for me as well as my clients. I highly recommend Karl. My clients and I have been very pleased with his professional attitude and sound property management advise. He is aware of his responsibility to maintain the owners asset in the best condition possible given each owners directives. I have had no complaints from tenants. Karl facilitates that repairs are done as quickly as possible so tenants are inconvenienced as little as possible. He cares about his tenants but is aware of his fiduciary responsibility to the owners. This may put him at odds with tenants on occasion, however in his line of work there will be unhappy tenants, nature of the beast. He has the expertise to successfully work through these tense and difficult tenant moments. The Chris Warren office staff also deserves credit as they exceed in their endeavor to make both owner and tenant experience as stress free as possible.

Joey from Smart Source Realty is a lifesaver! We had purchased a rental property early this year and tried to manage the property ourselves. However we were quickly out of our league and luckily our friend recommended Smart Source Realty to us. Even though we were in the middle of lots of issues, Joey and the Smart Source Realty team made the decision to take on our property very quickly and is willing to help us navigate through the issues together. Smart Source managed my rental property for 18 years while we moved around the country with the Army. They did a very good job screening tenants and finding reasonable contractors to quickly make repairs. Ive used other property managers in Kentucky and Michigan and Smart Source is hands down the best. Friendly and professional, I highly recommend them!

Selecting Smart Source Realty as our property manager and Real Estate Agent was one of the best decisions we could have made. If you need a “one stop shop” to manage and protect your property investment in the Austin Texas area, then Smart Source Realty is your best bet. Living in Centreville, Va and trying to maintain an investment property in Leander Tx was a nightmare. But when my wife found Smart Source Realty and we chose them to manage our property, the nightmare ceased and we were able to rest easily. Chris Warren is the consummate professional who knows how to treat clients. He seemed to always answer the phone when we called and could always be counted on to address our concerns as well as our tenants’ concerns. He earned our trust under some challenging times with damaging storms and COVID. We followed his advice in dealing with tenants who broke contracts. He told us what to do and when to do it regarding maintaining the property and what to do to expedite the sale. Because of his expertise we had a contract offer on our house the second day after it went on the market. We will forever be grateful to Chris and the wonderful staff for looking after our interest for the last five years.
