Being a first time homebuyer, I was feeling very overwhelmed. DeWayne and his team were amazing and made every step of the journey easy. DeWayne was out of town when the home I wanted to see went on the market, so he arranged for one of his partners to go with me. He was able to put in my offer and get it accepted all within less than 24 hours of me seeing the property, and all while he was out of town! I was lucky to have him on my side. DeWayne and Jackie are an amazing team. We first met them through a referral in 2017 when we were looking to invest in a rental as out of state owners. We interviewed DeWayne via phone and immediately felt comfortable. We had hired DeWayne to help us purchase a rental property in the greater DFW region. He spent great time and effort educating us on the greater region and was extremely knowledgeable. We flew in and he had everything lined up and scheduled to drive areas to get general feel for them, including looking at several properties. We ended up purchasing an off market opportunity he uncovered for us that was a huge win win for both parties. He continued to help us lease it and then we sold it in early 2021. His ability to listen to, and understand the client as to what they are looking for was excellent. He also cares more about helping customers find the right home or investment, with a no pressure style that is comforting.An example of DeWayne going above and beyond is that we were in escrow to close during the recent freeze and our home was vacant as the renters had moved out so that we could close the sale to the new owners. The new owners financing took longer than expected, which left us with a vacant house during some of the worst weather Texas had seen in decades. As out of state owners, who had no rental management company helping us, DeWayne checked on our house multiple times, and even help turn water off, cover bibs, etc. All things he could have just said was not his problem. He did all of this on his own, with out us even asking him to.We are extremely impressed with the service and integrity of DeWayne and Jackie and are actually considering relocating to Texas - hands down they are our first call to find our new home if we do. Thank you DeWayne and Jackie - we appreciate all of your help!

My husband and I were in need of finding someone to sell my parents home who were moving to an independent living facility very quickly. My nephew referred us to DeWayne (whom also sold their home that wasnt even on the market yet!) and everything just fell into place. He was incredibly accommodating to the short time frame that we were in town for. We met with him on a Thursday morning and their house was on the market Friday evening. Their home was sold (with 4 offers to chose from) on Monday! We are so thankful for everything DeWayne and his transaction coordinator Jackie did for us. When my wife and I contacted Hunter to help us find our first home, he immediately made a search to our liking and within a few days we were out looking at homes. Hunter let us roam and gave us our space to explore the homes, but always asked to be completely honest with him about what we liked/did not like about the homes. He was very knowledgeable in questions we had or always made sure to find the answers, if he was not sure. Hunter was always on top of everything, very responsive, and a GREAT negotiator. We looked at least 30 house before we found one that fit my budget and was in a neighborhood that was not too far from my office. Presently it is a sellers market for real estate in Dallas. I bought a fixer-upper. Sara helped find me a painter and suggested ways to improve the property. Sara deserves the highest rating for her diligence, patience and research.
