I was paired with Smart Group Realtors through a program with realtor.com and wasnt sure what to expect. Toni was quick to make contact with me and find out what my needs were. She set me up with a member of her team, Heather Barron. Heather was amazing. She listened, developed a game plan, and executed that plan to help us find our perfect home. We didnt even know exactly what we wanted, but with her patience and guidance, we knew it when we found it. She then helped us secure the contract in a tough buying market and supported us in every step of the process. I could not have asked more of Heather, she was such a pleasure to work with.

Buying a house can be stressful, specially when youre a first time buyer, but I have to say that my experience with Toni Smart was pleasant. She is very professional, keeps on tract and really listens to you. She was able to get the price of my house down $7,000 and $2,500 from the builder towards my closing cost. We used Smart Group Realtors for 3 property transactions in one year. Toni Smart was invaluable in helping us sell a piece of property. She then made sure our new build could be built with a major change in the floor plan which would have been a deal breaker for us. She made sure what we wanted done was written into the contract and even negotiated an extra $5,000 in upgrades with the builder. In the same year she helped us sell the home we were living in prior to the new build. Thank you Toni for making sure all 3 of our real estate needs were taken care of. You truly made what could have been really difficult much easier.

I would like to take this opportunity to share the wonderful experience I had working with Brian Tanner and the Smart Group.Brian helped me navigate the contracts and agreements with ease in a most pleasant, patient and professional manner. His knowledge of the market and how to structure my tricky purchase could have not gone better. My lender, the title company and the seller all did their best to make things difficult for me at some point during the transaction. Every time Brian was able to quickly get it resolved. Financially and mentally I came out ahead because of Brian knew exactly what to do at every scenario. Toni helped us buy our house when we moved to San Antonio in 2007. We had just a couple of days on our spring break from Illinois, she took us to see 10 or 12 houses, gave us her entire time those two days, and we got exactly what we were looking for.
