    Skyline did a great job and had a very personal touch. The realtors I worked with, Rafael and Amanda, became my friends. They were honest about the houses we saw and it didn’t feel like a sale. They really wanted us to find what was best for us. Terrific experience.

    The Skyline Realty has great staff! My parents have been looking to buy a house for the past 4 years in DFW area and my friend recommended them to Skyline Realty and to contact Rafael. They contacted Rafael. Rafael got together with my parents to discuss their options and best areas around North Dallas. Rafael told them about price market in areas that they were interested in. They told Rafael what price range would be good for them. He got right to work and he found them great deal within their price range. So after about a month or so after their meeting with Rafael, he found a great 3 beds 2 baths house for my parents in Plano. They were handed keys of the house last November and they moved in. They also recommend me to Rafael. I went through the same process as my parents did. Rafael found the house with my price range as well. I will be moving into my new home also in Plano next month. I have friends outside of TEXAS and couple of them want to move to Dallas, I recommend them to contact Rafael because I know that he will do great job in helping them find a great house. I know that Rafael and the rest of the Skyline Realty staff will work very hard to help my friends find their new home. I would definitely recommend Skyline Realty to anyone who is looking to buy a house or even a condominium or town-home. Skyline Realty is a definitely place that can make your dream come true.

Raphael (owner) went above and beyond what I could have ever expected from a realtor. He took on a very challenging (long distance) estate sale for my family and not only sold the home quickly, but got above our expected asking price.     My fiance and I had an amazing experience using Skyline Realty to buy our first home. Jonathan and Rafael work better than any duo I have ever worked with in the past. These two are extremely knowledgable, get tough when they need to and absolutely fight for their clients. We originally went under contract on a home in Rowlett which ended up falling through on closing day when Jonathans due diligence brought our attention to some fraudulent reports that were provided by the seller who then insisted he would keep our earnest money. Rafael and Jonathan were having none of the BS! We got our money back and into a much nicer home in a great area for our family because these guys took care of us.     The experience I endured with Rafael and his team at Skyline Realty was unbelievable! They are the reason why I always go for independent business owners but now that I went through these guys, I am not leaving Skyline Realty. The efficiency, attention to MY detail (not the agents), upfront/realistic points of views and not to mention the human side to things (not robotic) exceeded our expectations!
