10-STAR COMPANY!!! 100% recommend!What an amazing apartment locating company! Anselm is super fun to work with and freaking friendly. That dude is hilarious! He makes apartment searching so fun and easy and will go above and beyond to find you the perfect place. I am a very picky person and have to have all the amenities I need. Yes, I am that difficult client that no one wants to work with lol. We looked at so many places that I lost count...almost everyday doesn’t matter the time of day. And this dude Anselm... has so much energy and personality that I actually enjoyed looking.I have a time frame that I needed to move out of my current place (less than a month) but Anselm was able to find my dream place in time AND he also helped me find a good mover! Anselm has a lot connections so whatever you need, he has a contact for. He even took care of my dog on the day of my move so I don’t have to stress out about taking care of my dog! He checked up on me before the day of move out, on the day of move out AND when I moved in to my new place! What awesome customer service!If you are in search of an apartment, call this company. You will be satisfied with their service. They will go above and beyond to find you the perfect deal and place. And it’s free..so why not? I had just sold my home and failed to win the other two contracts at the same time. I was in a complete rush to just find a temporary place in 2 weeks. I contacted Anselm and he spent both weeks finding me numerous amounts of places, showing me areas, and successfully negotiating a great price on a beautiful home. I spent a great 1.5 years there and am looking to purchase a new home now. After the deal was done, he continued to help me with questions and became my go-to realtor. Being an active performer who travels a lot to Dallas I needed a place to make my second home. Anselm was very helpful in showing my around places that would take me and my two puppies and after spending a couple of days checking out places I found the perfect one. I had tried two other apartment locator services before someone from my company made the introduction to Anselm at Skyfinder Locating The difference was night and day! The other companies just gave me a list of apartments to call without any other information like where supermarkets or restaurants or shopping centers were. Anselm made the appointments for me and met me at every apartment to do the walkthrough with me. He knew what questions to ask during the walkthroughs and he knew the areas and always followed up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. Anselm definitely helped make my move from New York a little less stressful and a lot easier. If all you want is a list of leasing offices to call, try google.
