I had the pleasure to work with Sergio recently on a new construction home. He was incredibly responsive. Sergio was extremely knowledge and forthcoming regarding explaining the financing process in detail, explaining all aspects of what the market is doing, and educating step by step the building process. From beginning to end he was there guiding every step of the way. Sergio’s professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend Sergio and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Clara was AMAZING!!!!! She really made a difficult market easier to navigate. She went above and beyond by creating routes and sending us links and helpful information. She has great knowledge of DFW and the surrounding areas. She kept us informed and always had a smile and an optimistic outlook. She was always available and made us feel like we were her top priority. We will miss Clara, but if we ever need to purchase another home we be working with Clara.

Joining the Sixteen100 Realty has been more than a switch in brokerages, but from the first day I joined their weekly culture meeting to observe, I knew this would be a family.
