Daniels background in construction made us feel very comfortable and confident in his expertise. Daniel is a hard-working, God-fearing man with a servants heart...and you can see it in the way he conducts business. Someone from my church referred me to Daniel, and it was one of the best referrals Ive got in my life. He helped me buy a first-time homebuyer. He was very patient with his job. I bet he wouldnt mind going the extra mile with anyone who needs help buying a house. I highly recommend him, and Ive been referring others to him and will constantly do so. I would like to highly recommend Sirka Real Estate also Andria and Daniel Sirka. I cant imagine traveling through the gauntlet that we just went through without them. Daniel and Andria worked diligently through offers, counters, ammendments, adjustments, and troubles. I heard Them get yelled at by lenders, and talked down to by clients and yet nothing but integrity and faith was their responses. Andria feilded questions at all hours and Daniel offered advice all the while. When they had bad news to deliver, both of them called and delivered it with a comforting hand. I experienced them selflessly working on our behalf even as they were trying to have family time. The best way I can describe what I just witnessed them do for two months, was juggling chainsaws while they changed their oil and sharpened the blades.I can fully and confidently recommend Sirka Real Estate. Daniel is very good with knowing comparative prices in the marketed radius and excellent when dealing with the other side of the sale. Every time we met for viewings we were dealt with honesty, forthrightness, and clarity. We never felt rushed or pushed. We were simply exhorted with good naturedness, humor, and wisdom. We felt blessed to find the best we could imagine.
