I HIGHLY recommend using Brian & Tracey Shuey (Shuey Group) to handle your real estate listing. Prior to contacting them, we had our home listed with another agency for 6 months with only one contingent offer, which fell through. After this contract expired, I interviewed the Shuey Group and chose them to list our house. They took on a whole new approach in marketing our house which I believe was MOST effective. We listed on April 9, and by April 11 had 3 offers…..all over asking. Under contract on April 12.Not only are the Shuey’s very professional, but also very good to work with. They treated us as though we were their only client. Amazing top real estate agents, Tracey Shuey and her husband Brian were the best !!! My 84 year old mother, who was overwhelmed with the prospect of selling her long time Plano home after my father had passed, found Tracey and was so happy with her helpfulness and kindness. Brian and Tracey were thorough and knowledgeable about the homes in North Dallas. I was overly impressed prior to meeting when they dropped what they were doing to be able to provide a virtual tour of a home I had to see. Brian walked the entire property camera in hand, calling everything out and even did his best to inspect for damage and issues. I was very pleased with his level of detail. When we met the following weekend to view open houses it was really cool that Tracey was at the office sending us comps, info and answering questions while we were on the road with Brian. Ultimately we were in a multiple bid situation for the house we wanted and I believe we got the house because of our agents and their reputation in the real estate community. Thank you Shueys!

Tracey did an EXCELLENT job finding me a condo. She is very friendly and personable and truly cares about her clients. She was always available and communicative when I needed her. She was also very transparent with the seller of the property during a difficult contract period (due to condo issues), which ended up saving the deal in the long run. When one lender was unable to lend because of condo questionnaire issues, Tracey immediately found another lender within hours. When the lender needed documentation, she did her best to get it herself or contact the people who could get it for the lender. SHE IS AMAZING. I highly recommend Tracey and Brian and will certainly use their services for my home buying needs in the future.

Tracey Shuey is simply the best! I had so much fun selling my house with Tracey as my realtor. Who can say that? It can be stressful, but not when Tracey is in charge. From the moment we met, Tracey was getting the job done. She had all the information and expertise that I needed. I owned my home for 25 years so I didnt know what to expect but with Tracey helping me everything was just great. She put me in touch with a handyman and a tile guy to get the house spruced up. Then she called in her professional stager and photographer to show the home in the best possible way. With all that marketing magic, the fun was just getting started. The house was listed on Friday morning, there was an open house on Saturday and by 8pm Sunday it was all over. After receiving multiple over-asking price offers, Tracey analyzed and compared and helped me choose the best option for me. My husband and I own a rental property in Garland, which is not far from the Richardson Ebby Halliday Realtors office. We had a good experience the last time we went with a realtor from this office, but that person moved away. After doing some research online, we decided to ask Brian Shuey to be our realtor this time. We were both very impressed with his knowledge, guidance and support! We have been leasing out our home for 11 years and had never been advised to do a couple of the things that Brian suggested. We followed through on those suggestions and, by doing so, we were able to lease our home out in a short amount of time to some very nice people. Along with that, we are left feeling quite comfortable that our home will be well cared for and that the lease payments will be received on time. Brian was always available to promptly answer calls or respond to text messages in a timely manner, and he never made us feel rushed in any way. Our only regret is that he wasnt the one to show our home to our new tenants because that meant he had to share the commission with another realtor. I could not have had a better experience working with Tracey and Brian Shuey when I was selling my inherited in-laws house. Tracey handled all the communication with the buyers only involving me when it was necessary as the seller. It took them less than a week to put the house on the market once I contacted them about selling. Three days later I had multiple offers and Tracey and Brian helped me select the best offer and I was in the Title Office for the closing within two weeks. They are experienced realtors that know their business and work for you so you dont have to. Could not be more happy with the process and result.

There arent enough Stars to give Brian and Tracey for the job they did! This was my second time listing property and was a bit skeptical from level of service received last time. We interviewed 6 Agents for this listing and Tracey impressed from first meeting. Her knowledge of Market and our Neighborhood was on point. Their Proposal was actually highest Ask price of the Group, but they had a Clear Concise plan to make it happen and an Extensive Network of Buyer Side Lead generation.Throughout the Listing process, Tracey was extremely helpful. A resource for any Trades that were needed as well as a Coach/Mentor for any/all questions. Feedback was always thorough and timely. They also managed the entire staging process which was a huge PLUS.We ended up with multiple offers...and with Her and Brians feedback settled on what we thought would be the smoothest Close. We relied heavily on their experience throughout the negotiation phase and purchase document. Thrilled to say we Closed yesterday with a Full Price offer!I cannot emphasize enough how impressed i was with both Tracey and Brian. We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market. They helped us screen the buyers and choose the most solid one. We ended up selling the house 16% above the asking price and with the closing fees partially covered by the buyer, thanks in large part to their incredible work. Brian and Tracey Shuey are truly dedicated to their clients. They are SMEs in their field and offer a white glove VIP experience to their clients no matter the value of the home. While I know Tracey has other clients, I never have to be aware of that. Shes offered me guidance from birthday parties and other family events. Im out of state and 2 hours behind which has rendered me unable to handle some of the things that have come up. Tracey has engaged plumbers, electricians, and lawn care services on my behalf. She even personally planted a tree in my yard after a 13th hour (and ridiculous) issue was created by my HOA that threatened my resale certificate.I didnt find the Shueys on my own. I was referred to them by an agent I found online who ended up being too far away. Tracey and Brian are absolutely, positively hands-down the best realtors for finding a house in the North D/FW market!!I had been looking for a house for about 9 months and had used other independent realtor as well as Redfin and during that time I was not able to find anything. Then I found Tracey and Brian and within two weeks I was able to find and purchase a house in North Plano and let me tell you that you wont find a better team of realtors in Tracey and Brian. Together they blew me away with how good they were in all areas. You may find other realtors who are good in one area (market/area knowledge) but you will then find that they are lacking in another (customer service or responsiveness). That is not the case with Brian and Tracey.Here are some of the highlights... The customer service was impeccable. They always called/texted me back right away (within 15 minutes). They knew the market and area extremely well and were able to guide me on location, market-value, prices, etc. Brian knows a ton about home repairs/inspection etc and can tell you in detail about the condition of a home (even things you may not see on the outside). Tracey is a great negotiator and is able to ensure that you include and negotiate many gotchas and things that most people forget to write in a contract. She also knows many of the other realtors and the that rapport helps when negotiating for house.They also worked with me at my comfort level, so whether you are looking for an expert to hold your hand throughout the process or if you are looking to do a lot of it on your own and just need someone to bounce ideas off of they will work at your pace while ensuring that you dont dig yourself a hole. That was one of the things I loved about working with them. When I needed some investigating/research they spent tons of time doing it and sending me the details (rather than pulling something down from a general google search as some realtors may do).By themselves either Tracey or Brian would rank up there with the best award-winning realtors but combined I think they are worlds better than anyone else bar none!
