I wish I could give them 10 stars. I truly love how intentional they are with the process. They are very welcoming and let you know from the door that they appreciate your services by having a sign with your name on it every time you step foot in the building. Working with Katrina was heaven sent. She has such a beautiful soul and educated us about the entire process every step of the way. She was very flexible and adjusted well to me and my fiancés schedule. ALWAYS respectful, patient, kind, understanding and such a team player because she never left our side. As we moved further in the process Steven Shine came in and took the baton and led us to finish line. The process was so smooth so quiet it was actually kinda scary lol but it’s because that’s how balanced they worked as a team and as individuals. I would recommend them a thousand times over! I needed to sell my Texas house from long distance. I had bought it for a family member whose husband was stationed at Ft. Hood. Back then, a Shine agent helped us buy a house and it was a positive experience. So I called the same agency.NYHMA TRAMEL was wonderful. She helped locate vendors for repairs, and made sure everything got done. She staged it beautifully and 3 days later, purchase and sales contract done. Got my price. Once the buyers inspection occurred, more repairs were needed, and LORI TAYLOR from closing department helped me with finding more contractors. She helped make sure everything would be done so the closing could happen on time.Lori and Nyhma were patient, kind, helpful and overall wonderful.

From day one it has been a joy to work with the Shine Team. They were so helpful and communicative every step of the way, from looking for a home, securing a loan, closing the deal and even having Uhaul style trucks to use once we closed. Keeping us well informed and communicating everything that they needed from us and everything that they were doing on their end. I highly recommend working with them.My husband and I had been renting for many years. Our lease was coming up for renewal. Our landlord wanted a ridiculous price hike up and was only accepting 6 month leases. We knew another big hike was likely waiting for us at the end of that 6 months. This was the last straw with our landlord so we reached out to Shine Team at the recommendation of my husbands grandfather, who had worked with them many years prior.We started working with Shane Taylor just 2 months before our lease was up and we hit the ground running. Shane would have several houses for us to view, including places we would find online that we were interested in. He always kept our needs and budget in mind and we were never pushed to consider a house that was beyond our means.Sadly, not long into the process, my husband got sick and was hospitalized for 3 months. Because he was sick, I was able to negotiate with our landlord to renew for a year to make sure we didnt have to worry about about having a place to live while he recovered. During that time, Shane kept us in mind, keeping an eye out for places for when we were ready to start looking again.When my husband recovered, we got back with Shane like we had never stepped away. He still knew our needs and was happy to pick up where we left off, helping us find our home. When it came time to close we worked with Steven Shine. There was a hiccup with the seller that had us very worried about being able to close as our lease was about to be up again and we had already told the landlord we were leaving, closing off our safety net to be able to stay in our apartment if anything went wrong.Steven Shine went to bat for us. He never made promises he couldnt keep. He kept us in the loop as he negotiated with the seller to proceed with closing. Sending us updates, even over the weekend, during that stressful time. I was so grateful, that even when there was no news, he would tell us so and made us feel like we would be notified the moment anything changed. We are closing only a few days later than originally projected and well within the time frame to be able to move out before our lease is up, without having to pay for an extra month at an insane price hike.I would highly recommend the Shine Team to anyone looking for a home.

Rebecca was amazing and was very responsive. Anytime I had a question, she was able to answer it. Rebecca was great with her negotiation, but at times, it felt as if she was the buyers agent. WOW, this is so nice of you guys to send me a welcoming email for being in contract And to insure that I have a smooth house closing process since there is so much to do on the list.I have been impressed with the professionalism since the first day with Ms. Kaia and even when I tried to buy back in 2020 and 2021. I did my own internal real estate interviews and eliminated other realtors to go with Shine Team and Kaia. Ive always been impressed since the second or third time talking with Kaia. She’s not lazy to go out there w/ me multiple times shopping for my first houses/ starter house. UnLike other tenured realtors from other companies, they just seem like they are ready to retire and because my pre-approval amount was so low, I felt like I was being by passed so I had to send an email to a few realtors letting them know that I am a serious buyer! I do have plans to use this starter house as income to get my 5 bedroom permanent home that I would totally love but many years from now due to finances. I will definitely look for Ms Kaia again in 4-9 years when I’m financially ready to buy my home home. Hopefully she doesn’t retire or be tired by then. She’s very passionate, has a lot of energy that we always have a lot to talk about when it comes to house. I mean I can watch HGTV episode after episode. Talking about houses and living spaces is my fun subject to talk about. Since Kaia has her degree in design, we always have fun with house topics. I definitely want to hire her when I need help designing a space in my house.Moving Truck?! Im just blown away by every customer service that Kaia goes above and beyond when I dont expect it from her and now the closing team. You guys just go the extra customer service. Yes, please I really do need a moving truck. This is such a sweet gesture. Thank you for offering this!Another experience I had w/ Kaia and Shine is that my offer on a house was accepted. Because it was an older house, the seller mentioned after inspection that he is willing to lower the price down due to a lot of things that is needing to repair. In a short, fast option period Kaia as my realtor was so nice to shop around for repair estimates. See what I mean, I don’t expect it but Shine team really does a lot of above and beyond. I don’t like making her work too much on the weekends or after hours but man she’s working for me and my kids to get a decent place. That touched my heart.I also appreciated Kaia, shine team when she was able to pick up my earnest partial payment from my bank and bring it to the title company. I didnt have a ride and busy working she took that off my hands.She even offered to look for an inspector and scheduled it for me.Last, I never felt like Kaia was a sales person. She never pushed and annoyed me with a bad sales behavior. I liked how she gave me options that was matching to my interest.I am just blown away always for Kaia, shine team for taking care of me during this stressful time house hunting a long with other personal issues and due dates that I’m dealing with.
