Sherri did an outstanding job in selling our parents home. She is amazing and knowledgeable about real estate, incredibly professional and very responsive. She maintained regular contact with us throughout the entire process. She made great suggestions on small things we could do to help increase the sales price of the home and/or help with curb appeal. She did such an amazing job on the photos and the drone footage to really accentuate the full view of the house and property! We had showings the very next day after listing the house! She went above and beyond for us by being onsite, on our behalf, when we needed a locksmith to create a key and none of the family were available to be there - not everyone would go that far for their client, but she never hesitated!Sherri knew the sentimental value the home had to our family and showed so much compassion during the entire process, given the circumstances. She was great throughout the contract approval and close process - always working and negotiating to get us the best deal possible. In summary, I highly recommend using Sherri as your realtor!

Thankful for Sherri, who’s an absolute 5+ Star Agent, who literally went above and beyond for having many house options lined up to getting down to the most perfect house I dreamed of for so long. Sherri went to a different territory than she’s normally used to working in, just to help make this charm of a home a reality. I have never met anyone like her hardworking self. Non-Stop informing updates, even if there was none to give. Sherri gives comforting check-ins to her clients to not make them feel wondering or left out during the process. Even after settling into the new home, she has stayed in touch. Such a warm feeling to be treated as a priority. She went out of her way to make sure that we were given all the information so that we could make a great informed decision. Sherri Echols. Where do I begin? First, you should LOOK NO FURTHER if you are in search of a home. Ive purchased a few homes and she is by FAR the BEST individual to work with. She didnt seem like an agent/broker at all, and was so easy to trust. Sherri has experience and knowledge that goes well beyond her role. I was very transparent with her that we were just looking, but when I was ready it would be an easy sale since I knew what I wanted. She was patient, caring about the complexities of my life that would impact sale timing, over-the-top in terms of service to her clients and profession, and has ENDLESS resources to make it happen. I am a knowledge seeker and she didnt hesitate to educate me on the ins and outs of real estate. She advocated for me on countless occasions and stood in for me on some things when she knew I couldnt attend with the distance. But more importantly, I need you to know that my home purchase, financing, move, and overall next chapter would NOT have happened without her. She is authentic and loves what she does. Sherri was amazing helping on selling the house during divorce proceedings as she understood the situation ex-wife and I were in. Her research and understading of the market within the area helped in determining and suggesting the house price. Her expertise and going the extra mile on needs and wants helped on selling the house within time were expecting to sell and closed. She was there through the whole process of the closing and making sure it all went well as agreed with buyer. Her communication and keeping us posted was valuable and appreciated for doing so. Sherri will be my realtor when ready to buy a home this year and recommend her whether your planning to sell, buy or do both. Thank you for the above and beyond work you do!

What can I say, we had used Sherri a few years back while looking for a temporary home, so when we reached out to her when it was time to buy a new home, we really didn’t think she would remember us, she did! It was like reaching out to an old friend! Sherri was always there encouraging us in a very challenging buyer market, no matter how far out we were looking she made the drive and met our needs (can be challenging). Throughout the process, Sherri kept a positive attitude and kept reminding us of what we told her our “wants” were. In the end we were able to find the house that had our “needs and wants”.
