I initially chose Sherri Echols based on the online presence she demonstrated with her other listings, her reviews by others and how she came across at our first meeting, which was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. But I especially liked how attentive she was when I explained what was important to me, regarding the sale. She remembered this throughout our interactions. I really felt heard and understood. We moved very quickly to get the house on the market after some staging and a photo and video shoot. We had enough offers after 5 days of showings that no additional showings were needed. This short time showing the house was really helpful to me since I was packing everything up for an out-of-state move. We closed within 1 month + 4 days of the house going on the market. Sherri did a great job negotiating with the buyers agent re: closing details which included repairs. Sherri was also helpful to me after I left town, taking care of some loose ends at the house. Overall, I couldnt be happier with how it all went. Sherri is a thorough and dedicated realtor. I recommend her wholeheartedly.Since my original post last month, there have been a couple of things Ive needed to follow up on regarding the house I sold. Since I moved out of the state, I contacted Sherri and she was ready, willing and able to help. We have had a wonderful experience working with Sherri Echols. She has assisted us in two house purchases.The first was when we decided to move from Connecticut to Texas. Sherri went the extra mile when we were looking for a real estate agent in the College Station area. She responded to our inquiry with a video message, which made her stand out to us. She not only took the time to make the video message, but also made sure to let us know she had understood what we were looking for. On a trip to Texas specifically to look at houses, which was going to be only a few days, Sherri had made all the calls needed to have places lined up for us to see. Sherri also was able to answer questions asked, and if she did not immediately have an answer, she would have it by our next conversation. Sherri was extremely proactive in the purchase process, keeping in touch with us, and also the lender and the seller. Her assistance was key for us, as this purchase was being done between us, the buyer, in Connecticut, and the seller in Texas. Her professionalism, and communication, were outstanding.Our second purchase was also a great experience with Sherri. We shared with her the type of forever home we were looking for, and Sherri was on task finding possibilities for us. When an opportunity arose, she let us know about it, and we went to take a look. It was right on target, and we proceeded to sign a purchase agreement. Sherri was once again extremely knowledgeable, and professional, and a great communicator between us and the seller. Numerous challenges arose during the process, but Sherri’s positivity and resourcefulness helped keep everything moving forward. That first time when she tackled the yard instead of ignoring it, and not spending too much time and effort on other parts of the house to sell it was the smartest move. Buying the townhouse went fairly smoothly. Selling it was even better with the new photography and video options that she arranged.She went me to long distances to find another house when I was selling the townhouse. She gave me a lot of useful info about the process and helped me with discovering the neighborhoods. She put in a lot of time and effort even though I did not find the house I wanted until later.When I wanted to try again to find a house later, she was ready to help. She even helped with finding builders to build what I wanted. She was adequately patient with a process that could be painstakingly tedious.I used her services again when I found a house I wanted so that she could help with gathering info and preparing for the purchase. She was able to help get what I needed, particularly notifying me of what had to be done during the process.Regarding the most difficult sale: Sherri did the usual market research, staging, postings, etc., but what was made her standout was she directly addressed the main item that was making the house difficult to sell and worked w/me on beautifying it and making it standout as an architectural art piece and a place to relax. It was like we were on HGTVs Yard Crash and I think it contributed to the sale. Her willingness to get so involved and get her hands dirty made her stand out!She has been very thoughtful with gifts after each purchase. I especially appreciate that the gifts were for what I would need after a move.

I can not say enough about Sherris services in selling my grandparents home. As my Grandparents approached 90 years they decided that now was the time to downsize. Finding the correct agent to facilitate the process proved to be a challenge. Sherri came along and proved to be the answer we were all looking for.
