I would like to take this opportunity to thank and highly recommend Shelly Sierra and her team for all of the help and guidance selling my Mothers home. After Mom passed, Shelly was recommended by a friend and I couldnt be happier with her performance, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.She is very familiar with the surrounding area and was able to provide detailed insights on current market conditions and what I could expect to happen and when...all of which was spot on! She also provided recommendations to prepare the house for listing but, knowing I am not local to the house, she let me know which things I didnt need to worry about, saving me time and money that would have had little return on the investment. I live about an hour away from the home and (for the very short amount of time the house was on the market) Shelly would go by and check on things, adjust the thermostat due to changing weather conditions, or anything else needed, just to save me the two hour round trip drive.For closing, she recommended Vanessa McCaffrey with Texas Title in Southlake. Vanessa is a ROCKSTAR! She guided me through the probate process, which is something Ive never had to deal with, and her office had the tools / tech needed to remotely interact with my brother who lives out of state. I have purchased and sold several houses in my lifetime and I have NEVER had a complete end-to-end process flow so quickly and effortlessly. Shelly and Jessica were beyond professional and made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend them for all your needs and they are very accommodating for people who do not live in the area. I’ve worked with many realtors but this experience has been the best by far!
