Shelli is fantastic - I wish I could give her six stars! She is a terrific asset for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in North Dallas, particularly Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, and Argyle. We connected to sell our home of 14 years in the spring of 2022, and it was a fantastic experience. Shelli worked hard to market our home - she has a winning formula for listing and selling at the best possible price. We secured an offer on the same day as the open house. We then dove into finding and buying our new home, and she made it hassle-free in the most competitive market in ages. I met Shelli McBrayer back in early 2004 when my family and I were moving to Texas. We were 1st time home buyers and Shelli was patient, supportive and always available to answer our questions. She helped us find a great house and kept us informed and updated throughout the entire buying process. 17 years later our family dynamic had changed and we were wanting to sell our house, so we reached out to Shelli. Once again Shelli guided us through the selling process, helping us prepare our house to sell for the best price. She kept us updated and when the offers started coming in, she gave us great advice and suggestions to help us choose the best offer. We saw plenty that we could have lived with, but not once did she encourage us to make an offer on those, instead occasionally discouraging and saying “you’ll know when it’s yours. Shelli McBrayer is a wonderful person to work with when buying or selling a house. We found her while searching for a realtor to assist us with our move to Texas. From the beginning, she was the nicest person and willing to listen to our needs for a home. She stayed in close contact with us halfway across the country despite her busy schedule. She made time for us when we flew to Texas for a week to look for homes and showed us many listings around the area. During the closing process, she stayed in contact with our home salesperson to make sure they had all the paperwork the needed to close on the home. Even after closing on the home, she stayed in contact with us to see if we were settling in ok. She considers her clients as friends and is willing to go the extra mile for them. We would work with her again in the future, if needed.
