Ms. Shani is AMAZING!!!. Very knowledgeable, professional, communicative and honest. She made our search and home buying process smooth and comprehensive. Her level of experience is TOP TIER. Her knowledge alone helped us save time with avoiding places that wouldnt accept our loan. Very patient and accessible. She answered every text, call, email and every question asked, in which I had SEVERAL! She explained everything in the most simple, concise and understandable manner. Shani and Champions Realty took care of me and my family from beginning to end. Shani not only was able to refer the most professional home inspector we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, but was able to negotiate concessions from the seller that were unbelievable. She held my hand through the entire process, made it simple all while I was out of the country and half way around the world. Shani is a superstar and a super person, she made buying our home not only enjoyable, but worry free. Example: I did a contingency with Ms. Daigle and the property I was buying went great however the property being sold by us had a buyer who was being difficult and kept missing the closing date. Ms. Daigle alerted my of the situation and took care of it. We meet the closing date and the rest is history.Ms. Daigle is highly recommended and I will be using her for future purchases!!!

Shani is heaven sent. Months prior to placing our home on the market we had a million and one questions. She answered every one with no problem. When we were ready to list our home, she walked us through the process which helped minimizing our stress levels. Due to COVID I required many guidelines to protect not only my family but the others touring our house. Shani made sure those guidelines were met before anyone could enter our home. She listed our house on a Tuesday and by Wednesday we had a offer. We didnt expect this at all!!! Needless to say she is awesome at what she does!!!! Shes very professional and knowledgeable. We will be forever customers!

Ms.Shanni was AMAZING !! I had already attempted to work with two teams by the time I found her and I knew what I wanted and had a timeline that I wanted to work on. When I first spoke with her we had a very through conversation I’m which she educated me through the process and shared valuable information that she she recommended based on my wants and then she gave me time to think now that I had extra resources. Once I was fully ready she moved exactly at the pace I wanted and while I was so busy with other things in my life, she never took it personal and made sure she checked in with me in the ways I preferred so that I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed.I know that this job title is a career but I appreciate her being a human and making me feel safe in my decisions and just overall supporting me. To me I felt like this was more than about money it was a passion to do what she was doing for me and I notice that from our first conversation opposed to others that I had spoken to prior to meeting her. So I am so appreciative for my experience with her because buying my first house I truly got to see both sides of how people work! I will always remember my first home buying experience with her because I became so educated. I was empowered to say and ask exactly what I wanted and she made sure I got the answers that I was looking for and again educating me on home buying/financial terminology and provided me with resources to fact check rather than just having to believe what is being said. It was an amazing experience.
