I was looking for a new home after my divorce and the Terry Team was outstanding!! Shane was great and helping me locate a home in the area within the Klein district for my kids. He not only showed me homes I had interest in but multiple options I hadn’t even considered. Shane and Nancy were in constant communication through the whole process. They listen to my needs and concerns and did all they could to get my family and into our wonderful new home. From showing me potential new homes, explaining comps to what is a good offer on my new place all through the inspection process and closing they did an awesome job!! While I won’t be in the market anytime soon now that my girls and I have our new home. I can say without a doubt if you looking for new home Shane and Nancy should be your first choice! They are funny, friendly, super knowledgeable and a lovely family. Oh and the gave me a my first housewarming gift at closing as well!! #TerryTeam

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying a house with Shane. Shane is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. He even came to our house warming party!! He is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and if he doesnt know the answer, he will work until he finds it! He works hard for his clients to be sure you are getting the best deal and treated right. When youre done, youll feel like family!!
