We first met Shae in 2019 when trying to sell the home we owned at that time. During our first meeting, it was evident she was genuine, down to earth and approachable. We really felt comfortable and at ease with her and knew she had our best interest in mind and not out to make a quick buck. Another reason that made our decision easy, is that she is local, a graduate of Coppell High School, which gives her the advantage of knowing that market well. Since we used her in the past, it made it easy to use her again for the sale of our current home.Once we did our part in getting our house ready to put on the market, we didnt worry about anything else. Shae really goes above and beyond to make sure you get top dollar for your home. She is an advocate for her clients. 5 stars across the board!I was a first time home buyer with no clue what I was doing. Shae was incredible. From the first time we spoke on the phone I was confident she’d take care of me. She walked me through each step, from setting me up on a website that automatically finds homes that matched my criteria, sending in my first offer, and everything I needed for closing!Shae went out of her way to be available to me when needed, and if she was unable to make a showing she made sure I was taken care of by her coworker Mason.She was incredibly quick to get in contact with selling agents, often already speaking with them before leaving the house, and never made me feel pressured to send in an offer or feel bad about changing my mind after she’d put in the work.She stuck with me through many showings and weekend/after hours texts. Four years ago, with funds we received from selling a property in Florida, we decided to invest in a rental property right here in our hometown of Coppell, Texas. We reached out to Shae and told here just what we were looking for. Shae immediately found exactly what we were looking for and gave us a tour of the house the following day…THEN negotiated a price that was within our range…THEN referred a great inspector who sent us a detailed report within two days…THEN guided us seamlessly through the closing process…THEN listed the property for rent and found us a qualified tenant…The entire process took exactly one week and on day 8 our new tenant moved into our new rental home…INCREDIBLE!!Four years later (earlier this year) we decided to sell the rental property. Reaching out to Shae to help us was a no-brainer and once again, she did not disappoint us.Shae performed a preliminary walk-through of the house with us, helping us identify areas that needed attention in order to quickly and properly prepare the house for a “best price” listing. Shae then referred qualified professionals for new paint and new carpet installation, as well as an electrician for some electrical repairs and upgrades. Shae is an excellent realtor. Our appraisal came in way under. She spent so much time rebuking it and was able to get our house to appraise at sell cost(42K over appraisal.) She also wouldnt take no for an answer when we wanted to view a new home on the market. She contacted the listing agent directly and was able to convince the sellers to let us view their home, although they were not allowing anymore viewings. Our family is now loving life in that home and so happy thanks to Shae!

I am currently in the process of completing a work-related move from Cherry Hill, NJ to the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Because I didnt know any agents in the area, I asked my real estate agent in Cherry Hill to recommend someone in this market. After that agent interviewed a couple, he introduced me to Shae. Shae was responsive from the very start and asked a lot of questions about the type of home that we were looking for. While we had an idea of the type of places that we wanted to look, Shae was able to help us identify which areas were able to provide the best combination on all of our different factors (school district, price, home features, etc.)We eventually narrowed in on Coppell, TX. Based on everything we had heard, my wife and I were very scared that we were going to go the whole summer and not be able to find a home so that our kids would be settled before school starts. However, with Shae, this could not have been further from our actual experience. From the time that Shae started working with us, she was able to identify multiple listings for us to consider before they were listed on the market. In the case of the house we purchased, I think the ability for us to see the house before it went on the market was what made the difference. We did a tour while the owner was still there and were able to connect with him personally.
