I was extremely amazed by the attentiveness and professionalism that Mrs. Shay Harris provided for my wife and I. When the was slow, Mrs. Harris saw the value that we added to our house in order to create a market for house. Another agency would not list our home for the price we wanted because of the cost, but Mrs. Harris saw the value and we listed the house for approximately $45k above the comps, and we received a full asking price offer. It is to sell if all risk are removed from the sell. I would highly recommend Shay Harris and the agency to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. -
