My husband and I found the perfect home in Abilene with help from our realtor Jennifer Britten. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market. She showed us many houses until we found the perfect one. She was quick to respond to our questions and helped guide us through the buying process. We would definitely recommend using her services if you are in the market to buy or sale a house or property. We were very satisfied with the entire buying procedure.

We loved our realtor, Kelsey Holson!! She was referred to us and we are so glad we got connected with her! She stuck with us, patiently, for 6 months as we looked at houses while waiting for our other house to sell. She offered us great incite into what she though was in our best interest with each property/area. With her help, we found a great house for our price range. She went above and beyond to help us get our house (there were multiple offers). We are so so thankful for her help and commitment in buying our home! We will for sure use her when we move again!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kelsey Holson on the purchase of property in the Tuscola area. She was so helpful throughout the process and was eager to answer questions and assist us in any possible way. Even after the sale had been finalized I contacted her concerning the paperwork from the title company. She took the time, not once, but twice to contact them as we hadn’t received the copies of the signed documents we needed in order to proceed with obtaining a water meter for the property. She continued to follow up until she knew we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Kelsey to others looking to purchase in the area. She was an absolute joy to work with!

Not only did she go above and beyond by filming walkthroughs for me to see the inside and outside of the homes but she made sure that the neighborhoods were safe giving me honest information and opinions. Stacy was great. We recently moved back to Abilene and had a limited ability to travel. We needed someone who could help us find a home. She was able to do video walk-throughs of prospective houses for us, and when we did find a home we were able to move on it quickly. What was more important to us was that once we found a home, she was able to help us through the entire process. She anticipated each step along the way so that bumps in the road did not become road blocks. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We recently sold our home and purchased a new one with the help of our realtor, Stacy Garces. This is the second time we have used Stacy because she is simply amazing! She had an overwhelming amount of patience with us on our home search, offering to meet me at any time and view any home I wanted. She helped us to find the perfect home for our family. Then when we put our other house on the market, she was so thorough and detailed with the listing. She listened to me and made sure she highlighted all the features of our home, no matter how small it may have seemed. She worked with me to stage the house perfectly and it worked out fantastic. We sold our home in two days! Stacy kept me up to date every step of the way and both closings went as smooth as possible. Stacy’s work didn’t stop there. We had a few issues with the new house. It was new construction and we had to get some follow-up work done with the builders. Stacy stuck with me and made sure everything was done as it was promised. I no longer think of Stacy as a realtor, but I now consider her a friend. I highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a realtor in the Abilene area.

We met Stacey Garces several years ago when we were considering buying or renting a home in Abilene. It was a Saturday, and she was the ONLY agent to answer our phone call, so that sold us immediately! That was not the plan that God had for us at the time, but regardless, we met a life-long friend and agent for our family in Stacey. I recommend Stacey any chance I get, and she was the seller who closed a deal for us when we sold some land just outside of Abilene in June of 2021. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!! ❤️
