Through the home decision phase, she guided us through the process of looking out for the essentials that we wanted in a home. She was patient to accompany us in our numerous searches (both new and old) and provided invaluable insights that would later help us in making our final decision. After identifying what we wanted, she facilitated several meetings and followed up communications with the sales agents, and through her referral, we were able to get professional inspections of the home before closing. My husband and I were referred to Semira by family members. We were looking to move to San Antonio from Houston and Semira went above and beyond to make this process as easy as it could be for us. Since we were home shopping from a distance, Semira went out of her way to drive to homes we were interested in and gave us a tour through Facetime. She even went in to every attic, per my husbands request. She was able to narrow the homes we were looking at based on feedback that my husband and I gave her about what we wanted in a home. When we finally settled on a new build, Semira was there to walk us through the process and negotiate for us. She was available to answer all of our questions. Communication was a breeze. We felt like she genuinely cared about our home buying journey. If I could give Semira more stars, I would, she was phenomenal!
