We were very happy to have Colby on our side with this home purchase. This was our second home purchase and we were lucky enough to find Colby with our first house. We had several issues with the builder this time and Colby was constantly in contact with us making sure we were always aware of what was going on. He stayed on top of the builder and was always keeping our best interest in mind. If we had a question, Colby was always quick to respond or call. We couldn’t ask for a nicer guy who is great at what he does!

We met Kaylon and Colby through a coworker. They had helped them find a home and she recommended them. From the moment we met we were pretty clear with them- we knew nothing about the home buying process and wanted to be as open and honest as possible. We kept in contact and occasionally I would send Kaylon some houses I liked. After a year of first meeting them- we felt as a couple we were ready to take the next step and buy a home. Kaylon was ready the moment we were. She scheduled all the tours for the very next day. When she couldn’t because she had her bachelorette party- Colby came on a Sunday and showed us some more homes! Kaylon would be on a weekend gateway and she still took our phone calls and answered all our questions. When it came to documents we didn’t understand- she broke it all down for us. When we found the house we wanted and we heard it already had bids on it- Kaylon was on it! WE GOT THE HOME WE WANTED. Our closing day got moved from original date bc title company couldn’t get it together. Making it the day Kaylon and Colby were getting married. We were sad they weren’t able to be there but Kaylon was trying so hard to see how she could be there. That alone meant a lot to us and we would never allow this sweet couple to do that on ceremony day! We are so happy we went through Sell HOU 2 you! Wouldn’t have wanted any other realtor!
