Do EXACTLY what the locators say as far as filling out application and you’ll be approved. If not, you did something wrong… lol… I highly recommend SCA locators to anyone that may have made a past mistake and just need a “second chance”!

Very helpful service. We have an unfortunate situation in our history which makes it nearly impossible to find rentals that will help with this issue. Apart from that we are basically more than able to meet rental expectations. But still needed Second chance leasing.We tried working with another 5 locators, some fell through and told us they could not further assist us, some of the options given by other locators didn’t even have availability, no valid phone numbers or options were not willing to work with us.But Randal Newhouse/SCA Locators provided a list with actual apartments that we were able to visit and narrow down our search to find the most suitable place that was willing to help us in our situation! We were approved within 2 days of applying and will be moving in within 5 days of approval!Besides the cash rebate we were more than thrilled to find a locator with easy and accessible list and system!Would highly recommend!
