Lis was amazing from start to finish. She narrowed in on what we were looking for after only a couple showings and we found an amazing house very quickly. She stayed in contact throughout the negotiations and closing process, handled unexpected situations quickly and efficiently, and helped us get a great deal. She was familiar with veteran programs and Texas programs. She helped us avoid an unnecessary flood insurance fiasco. Just overall Lis went above and beyond what we were expecting. Lis is fantastic! My wife and I tried a few other realtors before and being first time home buyers she really took care of us! Her communication was always top notch and we never had any worries. We had a odd ball case for a repair on the home and she jumped right it and got quotes and everything situated with no stress for us. I would highly recommend her, veteran approved!

Lis is one of the best realtors I’ve come across over the years. She actually cares and doesn’t ever drop the ball. My property purchase in TX was so incredibly easy and painless, all thanks to her. Now that I have sold, moved to a different state and am in the market to buy, makes me miss her and appreciate her work so much more. Most realtors care about their bottom line, and what’s a good deal for the client is not worth their time – needless to say that’s very frustrating. Lis actually cares to find the best deals for her clients and builds her business on trust. I can’t praise the girl enough! I’ve also observed the amounts of small acts of kindness she shows to people on her path day to day when she’d show me lands. Good people are hard to come by and I was lucky to find her.

Mrs Elizabeth was the absolute best realtor Ive sat down with. She let me know up front if the home in question qould work or would not. She showed me everything I wanted to see. In all my future home purchases I will use her again. Hands down wonderful woman!!
