    Karen is an amazing agent! The entire team at Scott Realty is amazing. They take the time to get to really know you instead of seeing you as just another closing Karen made our first time home buying experience wonderful - she was there to help with everything we needed and was quick to jump on any issues we had.     All the reviews you read on here about how great Karen Scott is are true! She was wonderful from the beginning to end of our selling process. From the time frame she predicted it would be sold to the price range was all correct! Her staff was great and they walked us through everything so we didn’t feel lost or confused as this was our first sell. Karen is well versed in all things real estate and we felt safe in her hands. We were so glad and thankful, blessed really that she was our realtor. The market can be ugly, and there are sharks everywhere who may try to take advantage or provide little knowledge so that the seller comes out with a small profit, but not Karen, she will have her clients back! Choose Karen with your eyes closed, you will be glad you did. I wish I could take her with me to purchase our new home in Dallas! If I could, she would be my realtor always!

    I was referred to Karen and Scott Realty Group by a friend. I was listed with another agent at the time for 3 months with no movement.     Karen and her extremely skilled staff walked us (held our hands) through the first time home buying process, answered a million questions, negotiated reduction on asking price as well as concessions for needed repairs. Response time was fantastic, I never had to wonder when Id get a call/text/email back. Even after we closed, they were STILL helping us out with the contractors hired to perform repairs and even a disagreement we had with the home warranty company. I absolutely would (and have!) recommend Scott Realty Group.

    Professional, Courteous and very knowledgeable of the Houston area. (The entire Houston Are). We bought and sold a Home with Scott Realty Group and they made the process seamless, were able to answer all our questions, and if they didnt have an answer went out of their way to research and find the answers for us. Their knowledge of the process of buying a new build with a builder was exemplary. Going through the contracts, helping with the design center and negotiating a great deal with the sales professional was a major plus. They gave us the names of professional inspectors, to have our new build inspected. This gave us a lot of insight into some flaws in the build and allowed us to have them addressed prior to closing. SRG knows how to present your home for sale, and within one week of doing so our home was sold. Scott Realty Group is a great group of professionals and they go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.
