    I have worked with Scott twice last year: he helped me sell my house and buy a new one.He was very honest and although I did not like what he had to say in the beginning about the needed improvement, after 30 days it became clear he was right.     We had a great experience with Scott when we sold our house last year. First of all, he is a Catholic man who truly cares about his family, and people in general. My husband and I could trust him right away from that perspective. He specializes Bedford, TX area, so he knew the market prices of the homes in Bedford very well, and he gave us advices what needs to be updated, fixed to sell the house, and get the best price. His vendor referral was fantastic. I used the guys from Scotts referral, and they were excellent with their jobs and reasonable prices. Scott took beautiful pictures of our home, and made it look really attractive. So what happened when we put our house in the market? We sold it in 4 hours with a full price offer. Yes, there were some negotiation between the buyer and us, and Scott gave us good advices on that, too.When we looked for a house to buy, he was ready right away, and even though it was away from H.E.B area (South Arlington), he was so willing to help us out.I liked his automated email feed with the homes on the market that he set it up for free. He is very prompt on responding to the email, or text message. He calls back with the willingness to guide on home buying and selling. When we need to buy another home, well definitely call him first.

    Scott was very easy to work with and he took care of two houses for my family: selling the one we were living in and helping purchase the home we were going to move into. The timing had to be perfect and there was a lot to coordinate.
