He did so much more than a typical real estate agent would do, and that made all of the difference. We were regularly informed with updates, photos of things that needed to be taken care of, he connected us with the right people to take care of a few minor repairs that needed to be addressed - I couldnt have picked someone Id be more comfortable with. If 6 stars were an option I would push for 7. Brandon Scott was and is a godsend to my family. We decided to sell our home and move into our dream home without any real experience in real estate. Brandon came along and made the entire process understandable and made every effort to ensure we knew what we were doing, the implications of the choices we were making, and the next steps we could expect to be taking. Every question we raised, regardless of how complex or what hour we asked, Brandon always got back to us with a clear answer that made sense to us. It wasnt always the answer we wanted but in hindsight it was always the best decision we could make. I valued his honesty when we would want to pursue a particular option and he would inform us that of course it was our decision but outlying factors that we were unaware of may impact our decision. Buying a home could be hectic and stressful. But buying and selling a home simultaneously could definitely be a nightmare. Well, having said that, our experience was just wonderful as I cannot find a better adjective to qualify it. Our realtor was very patient but also knew exactly what we wanted, he did not encourage us to settle for something we did not like, he found us exactly what we told him. It was a smooth process as he was constantly giving us updates on the status of the house we sold and the building of our dream home. Both him and his wife were on point, they are so professional and transparent with us. I could not ask for better, he was on top constantly checking with the builder and giving us updates. Not only that, i appreciated him understanding me and being very patient because I am not an easy person to deal with especially with a huge investment like this. Overall, we are very satisfied with his service and he was paying attention to details, whatever I mention because I am picky, he would go and get it done. She went above and beyond as my agent from patiently explaining every detail of the home search and buying process, to crafting thoughtful youtube videos/walk throughs of homes, to managing the complicated loan process and handling any and all repairs/inspections. I would like to say some good words about the agent with this company. Her name is Jessica Wix.When we were relocating from Boston to Houston area, Jessica Wix is the broker who helped us find our dream home there.First, she promptly responded to our email queries about properties with detail, thoughtful, and accurate information. This, pretty much depicts the whole experience we had with her all the way to the point we bought our new house.Jessica helps us with her enthusiasm in the business, acute awareness of market dynamics and market trends, and wholeheartedly willingness to help strangers like us from far away. One example is, when I did not know what exactly we could do being 2,000 miles away from Boston to Katy(west of Houston), I asked her if we could try a “remote” offer to a house we somewhat liked. She responded with a surely “Of course we can try that!” She then did the whole set of paperwork as if we were actually buying the house - preparing offer, contract, etc..., and submitted to the seller. We did not get that house, but we learned how the actual process would be like as if it was a real and acceptable offer.So, after we flew down to Houston, Jessica got us to see so many houses, and we made multiple offers, with pricing variations based on our preference/priority of those houses. Eventually we bought our “Wow!” house, which is the expression we had when we first saw that house. We really love this house!Jessica kept on helping us with the process from inspection to the end of closing, all happened when we were not even there because we only stayed in Houston area for a week or so. She even picks up the keys for us waiting for us to complete our relocation and moving. Thank you, Jessica! We could not have bought this “Wow!” House without your help! You are the best!!!
