Ive rented 3 different houses from them in the last 19 years. The last one Ive been in for 15 yrs. I have never even wanted to find another landlord because they have been great to me and I dont regret renting from them. During some of those years I have hit some rough patches and they worked with me. If I need a repair they usually send someone out FAST. Especially, if its a serious matter that needs to be addressed right away. When I need to call the office or someone is over for a repair, it feels like Im talking to an old friend. In the 18 years Ive rented from them, Ive never been treated badly. I know everyones experience is different but I just wanted to let others know that they are good people.

All of the staff have treated me like family since day one. I wouldnt want to rent from anyone else. Linda, Betty and Jerry are awesome. Id definitely recommend them!

This is a very good company to rent from. I have never had any issues. When things break they get them fixed as fast as humanly possible. The office people are a delight.

Great experience with these ladies....they have a great staff and good communication on the dos and Donts.....its like anything in life you get what you put into it. Treat people with respect you get respect.I recommend this people 100%. And for you Nay sayers....Shame on you for writing a bad review because you didnt get your way. Theres always 2 sides to the story.

Been dealing with the company for 15 plus years have no complaints everyone is nice and respectfull.this is coming from someone not on section 8 and does not live in filth and my house is just fine. Wow funny how that works. I would recommend them to friend

Ive rented a property for more than 3 years and at first I was not happy because the maintenance clerk did not repair things properly, after a few months I am very comfortable, the staff in the office is friendly!
